3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)After recently completing on the purchase of a new build bungalow I have to say Gareth has been the best agent we have dealt with in over forty years of buying & selling property.<br>His advice has been honest, helpful, efficient and very supportive. Whenever I raised a question/query he would get it sorted out and get back to me very quickly the same day. Adam was also very helpful. Thankyou Gareth, you’ve made a stressful process much easier.
7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

28th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Thank you Phil for not getting back to me about my request to the view the property. As frustrating as it is dealing with an incompetent estate agent, I’m always grateful to discover this early on rather than later. On both occasions you have spoken to me with a tone of patronising condescension, despite you displaying a lack of basic knowledge on capital gains tax treatment and what constitutes as a 2nd property. To quote yourself “with all due respect” I've heard nothing from you in a week now, so I will pursue other methods to contact the vendor. No need to mention this to them as I will explain all when I locate them. Thanks again for saving myself and your client a frustrating process of liaising through waterside estate agents.

Kurt came to value & organise photos then Michele took the reins to support me through what became a fairly protracted and traumatic process due to the behaviour of my buyers. Michele’s ongoing care during this whole debacle was wonderful (supported by Tia when Michele was off). I cannot fault the professionalism and dedication I was shown and Michele’s partnership with my solicitor alingside her persistence and perseverance helped ensure the sale moved forward, even when it looked bleak. I was given very personal support and am deeply appreciative as this was a difficult time for me; I don't think we would have reached the end of the road otherwise. Thank you so much!
5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were selling my parents bungalow whilst living the other side of the country Aldreds gave us a confident valuation and we were happy that they would work to get us a quick sale which they did well within a month of going on the market
3rd Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We chose Hubbards as we were impressed with their positivity when we initially spoke with different members of staff, something we missed in the agency we were initially with. However the volume of viewings forecast did not materialise, there was no one contact person who seemed to manage the case and email communication was not great. We also felt we were being pressed to make decisions that we felt were not fair to the other agent. When we notified them by email that we had sold with the other agent it wasn’t even acknowledged.

Communication has been faultless, in particular, Jade has dealt with every query cheerfully and efficiently liaising between buyer and vendor and keeping us up to date throughout ther process.

The marketing was brilliant and went the extra mile and what turned into a tricky sale towards the end meant I really saw the effort they went to to get it over the line. Calls out of hours, viewings on weekends and evenings and all in all a second to none service
19th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Lee and his staff were very helpful and I received a first class service, in difficult circumstances, during the pandemic. Lee himself went the ‘extra mile’ spending a lot of time doing a live video tour with the buyer, who lived out of town. He regularly called to check on the property, which was empty, in his own time, on his way home from work and he called me with feedback and advice after viewings.

As a first-time buyer, everything felt quite daunting, but they made the whole experience feel so much easier by always being on hand to answer my questions and talk me through anything I was unsure about. It genuinely felt like nothing was ever too much of an ask, and I always felt supported throughout.<br><br>I honestly cannot thank Andrew and the team enough for all their help, patience and guidance. I would highly recommend Friday & Co to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)My experience with William H Brown has been extremely disappointing. My property has been on the market since June 2026, and the repeated issues with something as simple as installing a selling board have shown a lack of organisation, communication, and respect for my time.I agreed to have a board from the start. Weeks passed with no sign. I raised this multiple times and was repeatedly assured it would be sorted. It never was. Even after saying I no longer wanted a board, I was contacted again and convinced to try once more — with promises of follow?up calls that never happened. Three weeks later, I was still being asked whether the sign had been put up.This constant cycle of promises, no action, and repeated calls became frustrating and unacceptable. It made me question whether my sale was being handled properly at all, especially with no viewings taking place.I was told things had improved since my last experience with the company, but unfortunately they have changed for the worse. Due to the ongoing lack of professionalism, I have requested my property be removed from the market.I expect better from an estate agent, and I hope the branch owner reviews the service standards being delivered.
