28th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Wasn’t impressed with the photos or marketing blurb. Other agencies valued the property lower. I went with WWP as the highest valuation as they seemed confident they could achieve that price. With hindsight it was definitely over valued.

After viewing several unsuitable properties elsewhere, BP2 really listened to our requirements and presented us with the building we have now successfully purchased – a perfect fit for our needs. Communication throughout the process was excellent, with quick responses and complete transparency at every stage. A special mention to Ceri, who was particularly helpful, professional and proactive in ensuring everything progressed smoothly. We would highly recommend BP2 Land & Property Consultants to anyone looking to buy commercial property. A first-class service all round.

Their website is almost unusable and unprofessional stating terms like 'Hicks deals with literally hundreds of property transactions every year'. The limited properties on sale suggests this is not the case. Likely due to their lack of effort when presenting someone's home for sale. Look at a Hicks advert on a major property selling website as an example and this is clear. Limited blurred pictures, with poorly worded descriptions. It is pointless enquiring about a property they advertise as they never respond. I feel quite sorry for the people selling with them.
