Their staff are personable, professional, and genuinely keen to help. Recently, when my landlord decided to sell their property, the team at Murray & Currie were very supportive and made what could have been a stressful transition much more manageable. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring letting agency.
6th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Having sold hundreds of flats over the years professionally and many of our own, I was hesitant to use a new solicitor for marketing our properties. We tested Connor Malcolm with a small sale which went very smoothly, being under offer within 4 days, then another small flat, again, being offer within 3 days this time. The process from marketing, to conyevancing has been first class. The key stand out is communication, from the buyer leads to the legal process, we were kept in the loop at all times and updated. From both a professional and personal perspective I can highly recommend the team at Coonor Malcolm, David, Scott, Lauren, Rachel and Erin have been great, as have the team behind the scenes. Thank you.

Mark was helpful when carrying out his initial market appraisal. His knowledge of the market is top class and in the end the price I got for the sale was right at the top end of what he predicted. The team in the office - Sophie and Ellenor - were super friendly, helpful and efficient. They couldn't have done more throughout the viewing process. My property advert went live and within an hour I had viewings booked in. They gave great advice through the process and helped me achieve a quick sale at the price I had been hoping for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling their home.

Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

Nicol Estate Agents made what for me, was a very emotive sale go through seamlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future and would 100% recommend them to family and friends.

They marketed our property professionally, kept us well informed throughout, and handled negotiations smoothly. The whole process felt well managed and far less stressful than we expected. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
