Karolina has gone above and beyond to be accomodating for us, and managing our property even with a challenging landlord. Lisa and the team are always on hand any time we’ve needed them and they’ve been really proactive in dealing with any issues that have came up. Our portfolio is quite spread out, so without SHH we would be struggling to keep on top of it. They allow us to be very hands off which is vital for us Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a letting agent! Thanks again!

She was easy to contact and kept in touch throughout the process. We had lots of viewings and Katie looked after that brilliantly. The whole team were wonderful.

They provided us with lots of help and guidance to make things run smoothly and all this was made available by a very helpful lady called Anna Thomson who works at countrywide. She is a great member of there team they are helpful and always willing to help. Very pleased. She kept me fully informed by telephone and email and was very personable and takes a pride in her job. I would highly recommend the team at Shawlands if you have a home to sell.
9th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Offered me a flat, once I accepted said that the landlord wants to host 10 more viewings even though they legally offered me the flat. Said they would get back to me within 2 days to confirm if the landlord has gone with me. Till this day I haven’t heard a thing. Inhumane agency that only cares about money. Avoid at all costs!

She did the full job of getting our mortgage in place within a week where first mortgages in Glasgow wouldn't even reply to an email for 6 months. I'd highly recommend the mortgage advice service at Allen and Harris Paisley.- 28th May 2026 (21 days ago)Highly recommend my mortgage advisor Jennifer Middleton. Her communication and dedication was second to none. I was never left waiting for an update or a call back and she kept me calm and reassured throughout. Nina Daly who marketed my property was also friendly, professional and on the ball.

David found the ideal property for us to rent. He made himself available for us and insured our calls were returned promptly. David was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process clearly and concisely. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to purchase a property, or indeed rent one. Well done to all, especially David.

Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.
29th May 2026 (20 days ago)I cannot recommend Harvey, Cindy and the team at Nicol Estate agents highly enough. They kept us updated at every point throughout the process from the appraisal, through the home report process, getting the property on the market, viewings, feedback and the closing date process. Once we accepted an offer on the property Cindy kept in touch with our solicitor to ensure the sale completed. The team at Nicols made a very stressful process calm, smooth and as stress free as possible. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to sell my home!

Despite being a smaller agency, they made a big impact with their professionalism, communication, and personal service. Paul and the team expertly managed the sale and the entire chain of purchases and sales, ensuring everything progressed smoothly. This is the benefit of having a local and knowledgeable agent who knows the local buyers, sellers and solicitors. If you are buying or selling in Kilsyth or neighbouring towns there is only one choice to receive one single point of contact and hassle free for your purchase or sale.
