10th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I had three different estate agents out to look at selling my mum's flat in Stirling and I was immediately impressed with Gareth from Slater Hogg and Howison in Stirling and the services that they provided. Gareth was very well informed about the local property market and very accurately predicted the timing and price that we could expect for the sale. Once Slater Hogg were appointed, I was looked after very well by Eva in the Stirling office, who kept me well informed of the progress of the sale and was always there to answer any questions and give me advice. Between Gareth and Eva, I was very well supported by the Slater Hogg Stirling team and would recommend them highly for the sale of any properties in Stirling and the surrounding area.
18th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)After being given the sad news that due to sale of property my 15 year tenancy was coming to an end I wanted to search for a new place to live immediately but I never thought we would end up with the first house we viewed. The house was perfect for our needs but our decision to go ahead was absolutely down to the wonderful Michelle who organised everything for us and couldn’t have made the whole process easier, I could not have asked for a better experience, all information was given, any questions answered quickly and Michelle kept us up to date every step of the tenancy application. The whole Falkirk branch of Your Move exceeded expectations with their friendly service. I would absolutely recommend Falkirk Your Move to everybody and thanks once again Michelle for everything.

Before arranging the viewing, I asked the agency to confirm whether the landlord would accept a family like ours, and I was told yes. However, after attending the viewing and submitting our application, I was informed that the landlord considers the flat too small for us. Had this been communicated from the outset, I would not have travelled such a long distance to view the property.- 24th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Amazing service again ?????? 17th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Had a 5 ?? experience from start to finish. Initially dealt with Mark who arranged promptly to get my flat on the market. Sophie then dealt with all negotiations and helped guide me through the process as a first time seller. I felt extremely supported in every decision I made and my flat was sold at closing date after being on the market exactly 1 week. I truly believe this was all down to Mark, Sophie and the rest of the team being so skilled and proactive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch/team and would use again in the future. They made what could have been a stressful time very straight forward!

One thing I particularly appreciated is that she checked in the day before a scheduled visit to give me a smaller, more specific time window. It makes planning my day so much easier and shows she respects her tenants' time. Highly recommend!
6th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Clyde property Stirling have recently sold our house. It took slightly longer than I had hoped for but at the end of the day we accepted an offer that we were very happy with. Carol was our main point of contact and she was great especially towards the end when things got a bit frantic with 3 offers in the space of a couple of days. Whilst our property was on the market we dealt with a number of people in the Stirling office and all of them were very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. We took advantage of the pre registration service with Clyde so we were ready to go when we found a property we wanted to go for. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clyde to sell your home. Very professional from start to finish.

Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.
16th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Selling the property was stress free with Nicol Estate Agent. They have a great knowledge of the housing market in the area and communication throughout the process was excellent and they gave advice when needed. The brochures were well done and photographs of the property were excellent. Once a date was set they hosted the viewings and we very soon had a closing date. Last but not least the fees were on the lower end of the competition we looked at.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From start to finish, the process was handled with the utmost care, efficiency, and expertise. I would particularly like to commend Apurve Kaushik, whose support was invaluable throughout. Apurve demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge and was consistently professional, approachable, and attentive to every detail. He took the time to explain each step clearly, answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly, and proactively updated me on progress.
