It was a rollercoaster process, but in the end, the lease was successfully worked out to the satisfaction of both sides. Throughout, Miles was not only tenacious but also empathetic. He genuinely wanted to make the flat work for us and this was evident as he skilfully balanced persistence with giving the landlords the space they needed to make their decision.

The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.

16th Feb 2025 (6 weeks ago)Loved the little touches they made when marketing my property, adding flowers, plants, cushions, throws to make it looked lived in, as property was empty. Sadly my property didn’t sell in the 16 weeks they had it, even when reduced, think it was probably over valued. Have now changed agents, not really as yet noticed a difference, think they are all much of a muchness, it just seems the fees differ! Even though they didn’t sell my property, I would say they are no different to other agents, think the market is slow at the moment.

I have known Julia , Chrissie and the team at York Estates for some 25 years and have bought and sold my Marylebone property through them . It’s good to work with proactive agents totally plugged up not the local market place . They offer sound commercial advice , take pride in their work and are the only agents I would use .
28th Sep 2024 (5 mo. ago)It is unfortunate you can’t rate negative stars. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency. I was asked to provide documentation, which I did by printing multiple pages to PDF via an iPhone app. Due to a technical issue, the letters "Fi" were missing from several words. It’s called a glyph error and is really common, easy to find on a google search. A technical error a human would never make because you must be really stupid to make the same mistake with the same exact letters on multiple pages. Rather than contacting me to clarify the situation, they completely ignored me and avoided direct communication. I was diverted to a receptionist who blatantly lied, claiming that the agents had suddenly gone on annual leave. It was clear they thought I had fabricated documents, which is both ridiculous and insulting, given that any inconsistencies would have easily been addressed during referencing. I was still in the pre-offer stage, but they chose to act in an unprofessional and cowardly manner rather than addressing the issue head-on. Their approach is biased, stereotypical, and outdated, and it’s obvious they pass this attitude on to new staff. Most of the positive reviews they have are misleading; during viewings, I met several agents who seemed completely uninformed and biased. If you're considering working with this agency, especially as a sales customer, be cautious. Their lack of professionalism could end up costing you, just as it has for others. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Stuart really understood what we were looking for and was super knowledgeable on the market, which made the search and subsequent completion quick and even fun! Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Found Shash very professional and loved the staging of the photos for the sale of my property. Would highly recommend if you're looking for someone who is efficient, passionate and knows their industry for your property needs.

He replied to all my questions quickly and precisely. Also when I had some problems with my bank account, he provided some suggestions to help me solve the problem.

Joel is professional and took time to explain the ins and out of the property and of the market, even taking time to explain rental laws in detail. It has been a pleasure getting the tenancy sorted from viewing to signing.

30th Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)We dealt with Justin and his team between May and October this year when we were selling our house in Combe Down, whilst living near Barnstaple. During this time we found them to be invariably friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, courteous, readily contactable - i.e. they did not hide behind telephone answering machines or automatic email replies, which can be so frustrating, as well as being honest and trustworthy. We would recommend them.
12th Dec 2021 (3 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

As someone who himself lives nearby, he deeply understood the local market and how best to communicate the most salable features of the property to potential bodies. I really appreciated his friendly, down-to-earth approach and constant availability, even on the weekends. Being able to rely his advice and expertise from start to finish made the whole process incredibly smooth. In the end, he was able to negotiate an offer that was significantly over the asking price. I would highly recommend him as the premier estate agents in the ‘between the commons’ area.

Any problems raised are resolved in a timely manner with high care. Jovanna is our primary Lettings consultant and she has been very responsive and supportive from the beginning. Great team to be in association with all together.

3rd Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)Excellent service received from Adam at Pomp Properties. I instructed Adam to let my property. I had a very specific requirement and was left disappointed by 3 other well known estate agents in London. However, Adam was able to find a suitable tenant within a short period of time. I was always kept informed of the viewings, updates were regular and the whole process was smooth.
