The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.

Even though we haven’t put an offer in yet, the service we’ve received has been very respectable and professional throughout. The team have been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. A special mention to Teddy, who has been excellent. His communication, honesty, and willingness to assist have really stood out and made the experience feel smooth and reassuring. Based on our experience so far, we would definitely look to use Quilliam Estate Agents in the future when finding our property.

The whole process was smooth, professional, and well-organised from start to finish. A special mention to Jaymeesha, who was extremely helpful, responsive, and cooperative throughout and made everything much easier for us. Highly recommend their services for anyone looking to rent a home.
15th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)I wasn't overly impressed by the estate agent. While they were upfront about the market and the difficulty in selling, I don't believe they were actively engaged in the marketing of the property. While presence for viewings, I felt that the agent showing lack knowledge of the properly and area with the owners really providing the viewing. When recieving an offer, there was an underlying pressure to accept a bid which was well below our expectations and only through our push back we were able to get a more satisfactory offer. Something I don't think we could have got with the guidance of the estate agent
18th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

We were out of the country during the whole process, but he made everything simple and stress-free despite the distance and logistics. He was always responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to his support, our move to London went very smoothly, and we’re very grateful for his help.

30th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Would not recommend anyone to rent through Lambeth Garton Jones. We moved in mid Feb and still no result for most of our complaints. For example the freezer is broken and needs to be replaced, emailing and calling every single day is not going to help because of the level unprofessionalism is beyond what we have ever experienced. We emailed today and because we already know that we will not receive a reply - we had to call and still not action taken. Guess what, we probably will need to call them again tomorrow, what a surprise. I will be posting about our experience in every detail here and on YouTube very soon. The real estate agency is terrible, and we don’t want to rent anymore—this agency will turn us into homeowners very soon.

The communication was excellent along with their knowledge and expertise. She helped me find a lovely property very quickly and made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Anastasiya was always professional, responsive, and happy to help with any questions or concerns along the way. 20th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)This is a horrible letting agency. They took all of our deposit, the entire two month deposit. £2500 gone. They WILL exploit you. They will take your money. I even paid close to £300 on the professional cleaning service that this good for nothing agency suggested. We paid all of our rents on time, all bills on time. Kept the property like we were living in our own home. If you are unfortunate enough to have to take a house with them i suggest you do not engage with agent called LUKE PEGG. if you are hearing from this man they will be taking your money. I hope this agency goes out of business. No one reads comments but if you are reading this AVOID SAMUEL ESTATE AND LUKE PEGG. Scam, exploitative, unprofessional.

Kevin was proactive, responsive, and consistently chased every party in the chain: buyers, solicitors, and surveyors alike. When a drain survey issue came up, he handled the negotiation cleanly and got a fair outcome for everyone. We genuinely felt we had someone on our side. Highly recommended.

Bradley did an good job of keeping me in the loop with everyone in the chain while working to secure a completion date. They were always quick to respond, and Katie consistently followed up to ensure any questions or concerns I had were addressed.

She consistently kept in touch with me, even while I was on holiday, and worked hard to chase the seller’s solicitors due to the property being sold through probate. Chloe was always accommodating with my numerous visits to the property, including arranging access for my surveyors to carry out a Level 3 survey. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process, making my first-time buying experience a genuinely positive one. They even provided a first time buyers box as a welcome gift after I bought my property which was nice. I would highly recommend Chloe’s services moving forward.
