29th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)I would very much recommend using Allen and Harris in Witney. Aishah and Jarrod were amazing, constantly updating and communicating with us. Jarrod is still a trainee but would like to say how impressed we were with his knowledge about our house and how he communicated that information to the viewers. He has a presence about him that will make a great estate agent and an asset to the team.

17th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Absolutely fantastic service from Matt from start to finish. He never felt like your typical estate agent—more like a friend who genuinely wanted to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always on hand whenever we needed him.<br><br>When our sale fell through, Matt was straight on the case and had another buyer lined up within days. Even the landlady we bought from commented on what a great estate agent he was and how refreshing it was to deal with someone so different from the norm.<br><br>Matt is professional, polite, and made the whole process feel stress-free because I always knew he had everything under control. There were no pushy sales tactics or commission-driven pressure—just a genuinely nice guy who really cares about helping people sell their homes.<br><br>10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone, and I definitely wouldn't use anyone else again!

At the beginning Dan was thorough and responsive- this was an important characteristic through the whole process. Viewings were arranged efficiently with zero ‘no shows’. Our offers were dealt with promptly and carefully with Dan providing appropriate guidance and expertise. From offer to exchange Dan was thorough and timely in resolving all the little niggles on both sides, never becoming frustrated and always professional. Altogether an amazing service and an excellent rate of commission. Thoroughly recommend.

22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny

He was enthusiastic helpful and arranged a number of viewings very quickly. Although my original sale eventually went through, I was impressed by his optimism!

Nick was incredibly helpful and flexible throughout the whole process, making the change from selling to renting completely seamless.<br><br>Hume Homes were professional, responsive and kept us well informed at every stage.
