From our first meeting, their communication was proactive and transparent, ensuring I felt supported through every complexity of the process. They genuinely took the time to explain each step, which was a massive relief as I navigated my first time on the property ladder.<br><br>Compared to other estate agents I encountered during my search, Adrian and Alex truly stood out. Charlotte and Nicola were dedicated to finding me the perfect property to let after my landlady decided to sell. They are professional, super friendly and efficient. This team really cares about looking after their clients and I would not hesitate to use them again. 11th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Steve & Rob were a dream to work with when selling our house. I have used other agents previously and Osbornes are in a league of their own. Steve is extremely honest - from realistic pricing in the current market to quickly and efficiently dealing with offers and negotiations.<br><br>Osbornes have excellent communication (loved the Watsapp group - so much more convenient than agents constantly ringing to arrange viewings, then confirm them etc). They are always contactable - any queries dealt with either immediately or within the hour.<br><br>If you’re looking to sell I highly recommend using Osbornes. They make what will always be an incredibly stressful experience much easier!

Still no progress.<br>Connells still hold onto the deposit without cause or explanation.<br><br>Are Connells in financial difficulties?<br>Is that the reason they are failing to return security deposits?<br><br>Are Connells going bancrupt?<br>.................................<br>3. Update late July 26...<br>Avoid, go anywhere else but here.<br><br>Still without good cause they have yet to return the tenants deposit. What an outfit. Why would anyone permit them to hold someones deposit?!!!<br>............................<br>Avoid, go anywhere else but here.<br><br>2. Update July 26.....<br>Then to confirm the lack of professional standards employed, they unilaterally cease control of the Tenants Security Deposit & refuse to hand it back without cause. What an outfit. Incompetent, deceitful, money grabbing sharks.<br><br>1. What an unpleasant experience dealing with these people. Started well enough when they were selling something but rapidly fell apart when had to perform.<br>Local staff blindly followed the single company line making a mockery of their "bespoke service to landlords", then exceeded their brief & authority & finally overcharged.<br><br>Clearly a ridged centrally controlled business unable to trust local staff who were found to be lacking in understanding, experiance & customer awareness.
14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’d written a review 5 days ago but it hasn’t been published ! So I’ll try again ! This is a short review regarding Michael Campbell of Northwood Newport Pagnell ( Milton Keynes ) ! I am theLandlord of an apartment in the Tesco development of Newton Rd , Bletchley ! Two weeks ago I received an email notification from Landswood , the block management company stating that a leak was reported to the apartment directly below mine and would I deal with it ! My own tenant saw and dealt with the leak immediately it occurred and as he is in the building construction trade,fixed the slow leak from the washing machine pipe ! The leak stopped !The tenants below were away for 3 days and therefore did not report the leak until they got back and by which time it had already been rectified by my tenant ! Had the leak been reported immediately there probably would not have been any observable wetness ! But we ( tenant, myself and Northwood acted immediately) and averted a bugger issue ! Michael assisted me by constructing a succinct email referring to the details and Reminding Landswood that I pay them a substantial amount in my monthly Service charge to cover such eventualities and the circumstances of the leak bearing in mind that we acted quickly , would be covered by the Insurers ! I am most impressed by Michael’s expertise and professionalism in the manner with which he dealt with the situation and in the support and care shown towards me as a Northwood customer and landlord of one the properties which they rent and manage ! I would recommend Northwood MK to any landlord that wants peace of mind when renting a property and one that maybe distantly located from their own home ! Thank you Mr Campbell and to Northwood for employing excellent professionals ! Peter
6th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Although I did not end up purchasing a property with Hancock, the team were beyond professional and friendly. Broke the bad image that estate agents can sometimes get by being honest with me about not having loads of viewings, and not forcing me into purchasing a property that wasn’t right for me. Special shout out to Joel who my mum and I agreed was a breath of fresh air, very informative and had terrific integrity. It is a shame I an not purchasing a property with this agent, as everyone was super! Thank you, highly recommended.

Martin & Co make use of an easy to navigate portal where you can submit all the required documents for referencing online, at your own pace which honestly made the whole process so much less stressful for me.<br><br>Looking forward to many happy years renting through Martin & Co.

31st Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)We honestly couldn't have asked for a better estate agent to guide us through both the sale of our apartment and the purchase of our new family home.<br><br>It certainly wasn't the most straightforward sale and purchase, with plenty of challenges along the way, but from start to finish the whole team was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive.<br><br>A special thank you has to go to Aaron, who was our main point of contact throughout. He was absolutely outstanding.<br>His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer our questions, he kept us updated every step of the way and was proactive in chasing things whenever progress stalled. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his calm, reassuring approach made a huge difference during what could have been a very stressful process.<br><br>We are absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful for everything Aaron and the team did to help us get here.
