Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

The property was not cleaned at all upon completion, communication throughout the process was consistently poor, and they failed to return important documents relating to the new energy supplier. Wikki, in particular, was extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend using this agency for a purchase of any kind.

The team was very kind, helpful and always ready to answer our questions. They provided all the information we needed and made everything clear and easy for us. We really appreciate their support and professionalism. We are very happy with the house we are renting and truly grateful for their help. Thank you for such a positive experience — we would definitely recommend this agency!
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.
31st May 2024 (1 year ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!

The decision to give you the business proved to be a wise choice because you secured a buyer quickly and proved to be an excellent agent throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend you to other people without hesitation.

18th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)I rented property from Holdens 3 years ago, and I was surprised that in the last 3 years, not a single issue arose with this agency. My main contact was Umer Qazi; he is a star – very cooperative and always happy to help. If any issues arose during my tenancy period, or if anything needed replacement or repairs, Umer would send someone to fix it the same day or the next. They never complained about any issues and always tried to fix them if they could. I would say they are one of the best agencies in London for renting property.

After 2 other agents and all hope lost Duncan and the team gave me nothing but confidence and 3rd time lucky really was the case. Even through the tough times Duncan went above and beyond to provide clear communication, advice and guidance during the unclear moments. Not only is Duncan a rockstar but the whole team I engaged with just exuded professionalism while maintaining a personal service If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Can’t rate them highly enough and highly recommend them as your agent of choice

We were warmly welcomed by George, who took his time showing us around the property and explained every part of the process clearly and patiently. We loved the house straight away and submitted our offer immediately after the viewing. After that, Vicky became our main point of contact - and she was exceptional throughout. She guided us with expertise, answered all our queries promptly, and was always reassuring. We had a stressful moment when my parents’ flight from Dubai was rescheduled, meaning we had to adjust our exchange date. During that time, Vicky’s calm support and reassurance really helped put us at ease. I’d also like to give a special shout?out to Marjana and Debby for their wonderful customer service. Their friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to help made the whole experience even smoother. Overall, the team at Together Homes made our home?buying journey seamless, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy a home.
