25th Feb 2019 (7 years ago)I have tried to rent through them two years ago and they were useless. I thought to give them a second chance and still the same. Rude if you call the office, slow response or not response at all if you email enquiring a property.

12th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I had a very positive experience with blue field estates. In 2020 opted a multi sale for my property for sale. The agent was extremely helpful, nice, knowledgeable. Brought to me 2 buyers. I was selling and he happened to have me 2 buyers, so the other negative reviews is pretty much damn, unfortunate. I am so sorry. The agent was brilliant to us.

11th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)I cannot speak highly enough of the Team at Browne Estates, particularly Ian and Jo. They recently sold my flat in Bromley. Communication was really good, I was kept up to date on the progress and they went above and beyond in regards to assisting with issues, questions and communication between myself and the buyer. My solicitor was dragging their heals so really appreciate everything they did to get the sale over the line.

4th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)I strongly advise against renting from this letting agency. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional and unpleasant company. They were inconsiderate and rude, failed to return my full deposit even though the property was left immaculate, and repeatedly showed up at the flat unannounced. It was an extremely negative experience from start to finish.

We never felt like we were never heard, even though I am a bit of a cautious person and been told it’s too much at time, the guys at Good Neighbours never made me feel like I was doing too much. Thank you again for helping us find our place

I’ve been very impressed with Natalie’s selling ability when she was showcasing our flat at the very beginning, very knowledgeable, confident and entertaining which I very much enjoyed during the viewing! Both Natalie Stephens and Pippa Hare helped us a lot with all paperwork and administrative processes, updating and guiding us through every step of the way until completion. I have known Sacha Scott agency since 2017 and they have looked after a few properties of mine. I am always impressed how hard they work, they communicate very well and keep me updated regularly and efficiently. They look after my tenants with care and make sure that any maintenance issue is properly sorted. I feel safe having them on board, knowing that they are looking after my tenants and my properties with professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend them to manage your property.
