5th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I had a positive experience working with Deepak Naradas recently. I had a bit of nervousness in the beginning as I did not know the letting agency Deepak represented. He was very responsive from the beginning. As soon as I reached out, Deepak arranged a viewing very quickly and made the whole communication easy from the start. After the the viewing communication continued to be smooth, clear and always prompt. Thanks to Deepak’s efforts we reached an agreement I am pleased with. Ask for Deepak if you are looking for a reliable and proactive estate agent.
8th Mar 2022 (4 years ago)Had a great experience with Aggie who showed us around the flat and then helped us with all paperwork. She was very flexible and quick to respond. She also helped us to get the keys at 9am on move in day rather than 3pm.

It was a pleasure to be dealing with an intelligent, helpful and knowledgeab le person. My buyers benefited from Charlotte's expert guidance. Her concientious professional approach, especially monitoring solicitor's progress and ensuring any issues were swiftly resolved, made the whole process proceed smoothly.

They brought in a lot of potential buyers. They communicate well and provide feedback after every viewing. They respect your property. A friendly and professional team.
14th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.

20th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I would highly, highly recommend Hunters! We initially went with another estate agent (for reasons I honestly can’t remember now), but unfortunately they seemed to bring round anyone and everyone, clearly just to meet viewing quotas. We decided to move over to Hunters and only wish we had done so sooner. The difference was immediately clear – they brought through genuinely interested parties who were actually suited to the property, and supported us all the way through to a successful exchange of contracts. Throughout the entire process, we were fully supported by Brenda, who truly couldn’t have done more for us. Communication was clear, proactive, and reassuring, and we always knew where we stood. She kept everything moving and helped avoid delays. I also have a small baby, and she adapted her communication style to suit my needs – including sending voice notes – which was hugely appreciated. Brenda is incredible, and the service from Hunters has been outstanding from start to finish. Thank you!- 23rd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

10th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Average experience. Lack of transparency and urgency in completing the sale procedure. It took 6 months from acceptance of offer to complete the deal. Lack of continuity from one person in dealing with customer. Sandeep and Jas were always helpful. Nakhita who was dealing with our case in last few months was very unprofessional and unapproachable, rude , abrupt and at times very disrespectful. Not happy with Nakhita’s behaviour at all. Sandeep was a big help indeed.
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Used Louis and team to sell my property. No sales bull on first meet, just straight honest advice and clear pricing. The house was sold fast at the right anticipated price. Anytime during the process I needed Louis to prod the buyer or solicitor he was all over it. He was a pleasure to deal with who delivered exactly what he said he would. Unlike the previous agent with the red boarding who royally screwed things up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hindhead again next time.

6th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)So glad I didn’t end up renting with this company after my extremely poor experience and seeing these reviews online. Communication was terrible, arrived at the my pre-booked appointment after calling the office 4 times to get more information about the location. Was told to come back the next day to see two properties which were on for £300pcm more than the one I originally requested, both of which thy stated ‘we currently have multiple offers on both’. Overhyped and overrated, this is all that is wrong with the property market in London. Don’t waste your time.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

Nothing was too much trouble, we found what we were looking for and the communication throughout the transaction was seamless. Highly Recommend H&H.
