Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

Both Jodie and Sandra have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Having met Jodie on numerous occasions while viewing a range of properties, I have always found her to be friendly, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her wealth of experience and local knowledge has been invaluable, and she has always been happy to answer any questions and offer honest advice. I am extremely pleased with all the support they have given me whilst searching for a home to rent and feel confident that anyone using Daniel Matthew's services will receive the same high standard of care and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

24th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)We recently sold our property through Peter Alan. The branch were helpful and always willing to assist. We have no complaints about the branch team at all.<br><br>Unfortunately, our experience with the sales progression service was very disappointing. Communication was poor, emails often went unanswered and we regularly had to chase for updates ourselves.<br><br>Completion was also poorly handled, with our purchase agent contacting us first to tell us our sale had completed.<br><br>We emailed Peter Alan afterwards to explain our concerns, but we still haven't heard anything back from the sales progressor, which is particularly disappointing.<br><br>It’s a shame, as our experience with the branch team was very positive. However, based on the overall experience, we wouldn't use Peter Alan again and would be reluctant to recommend them.<br><br>Thank you again to the branch.

27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Great service, Chris took the sale over from 2 agents and got it done, Rachel chain chased and keep us updated, highly recommend.- 1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I am writing this review to warn other landlords considering Peter Alan for fully managed letting services.<br><br>My experience as a landlord with their fully managed service has been unacceptable:<br><br>1. Inadequate Property Oversight: Regular, thorough property inspections were severely neglected. When inspections did occur, they were superficial and failed to report obvious issues.<br><br>2. Property Damage Ignored: Direct tenant damage to the property was brushed off and incorrectly dismissed as "normal wear and tear," leaving me with the responsibility and cost.<br><br>3. Zero Communication & Ignored Grievances: Emails went unanswered for extended periods. Formal complaints regarding their poor management standards were routinely ignored.<br><br>4. Financial & Accounting Errors: Statements contained accounting inaccuracies, and fees were charged for services that were never requested or agreed upon.<br><br>5. Failure to Release Account: When I formally terminated our contract due to their fundamental breach of service duties, they refused to acknowledge the termination or cooperate with the handover to my new agent, continuing to attempt to issue automated demands.
- 28th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)A superb service from beginning to end. We met Alison from the Sketty Branch at my mum’s house and from the beginning, the personal touch was evident. Professional yet sensitive to our circumstances, Alison was first class. The team at Sketty branch were always contactable and we were kept fully informed throughout. They worked hard in marketing, getting the property listed and online and secured a buyer in no time. What was highly impressive was the sales progression team or should I say Selina.. she was attentive, in communication throughout with me and both solicitors. There is no doubt she secured the final completion in record time and to everyone’s needs. Wow, what a team! Thank you to Alison, the ladies of Sketty Branch and Selina. I had the dream team and would recommend them every time!

Life threw quite a few curveballs our way, but Dane consistently turned those lemons into the most delicious lemonade! Dane's commitment was unwavering. He arranged and communicated countless viewings, always keeping me informed and up-to-date with feedback and responses. His professionalism was outstanding, and his communication was consistently excellent. I know I put Dane through his paces, and he earned every penny! What truly set Dane apart was his unique approach. I was genuinely touched by his hand-written letter, a personal touch you rarely see these days. And the tea bag he included? It made a truly delightful cup of tea! Honestly, Dane is the best estate agent anyone could ask for. I've already recommended him to my friends because I want them to experience the same 5-star service. He's an absolute asset to his company.

Donna gave me plenty of time to view the property, was knowledgeable about the area and answered all of my questions.<br>Donna was always quick to respond to messages and calls.
28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I had a mixed experience with this office.<br><br>Some viewings felt rushed, and on one occasion the wrong keys meant we had to rearrange.<br><br>David at the Whitchurch branch was excellent - helpful and genuinely friendly. He even helped us measure rooms for our final viewing.<br><br>Sarah Bunting, the sales progressor, was also outstanding. Her persistence and responsiveness helped keep things moving and played an important role in completing a difficult sale.<br><br>Unfortunately, the day we arrived at the store to finally collect the keys was an underwhelming experience - the mood in the office was dour and unfriendly.<br><br>Overall, a mixed experience but my sincere thanks to Sarah and David, who were excellent and deserve recognition.
