Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

31st Jul 2026 (3 days ago)After seeing our dream house come up on the market with Williamson & Co we didn’t hesitate, this is the second home we bought through Williamson and everything went through easy!<br>Helen and the girls are always helpful, friendly and never fail on that personal touch.<br>When collecting our keys after a stressful week we were greeted with big smiles, a new home gift, card and even a bottle of bubbly which went down a treat after a long day of moving!<br>Thanks for everything x

Both Jodie and Sandra have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Having met Jodie on numerous occasions while viewing a range of properties, I have always found her to be friendly, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her wealth of experience and local knowledge has been invaluable, and she has always been happy to answer any questions and offer honest advice. I am extremely pleased with all the support they have given me whilst searching for a home to rent and feel confident that anyone using Daniel Matthew's services will receive the same high standard of care and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The property is an older building and had a few known issues that needed to be resolved before we could apply, and she kept us updated every step of the way. Even though the work took a longer than expected, she made the whole experience smooth by clearly explaining what was happening and what to expect next. Her communication and professionalism has been outstanding.

From start to finish Kelly was excellent kept me well informed on what was going on and if she wasn’t available the onther members of staff were on hand and they didn’t know they would take time to find out. 21st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I noticed a property for sale but it had sitting tenants. I have fond out the the landlord has supposedly accepted a lower offer. The offer i made was higher than the asking price. Amy (exceptionally rude would not shut up talking over me all the time) I asked had she put the offer to the landlord she said she had spoken to the tenants (what right had she to do that) she also said she had spoken to the landlord and put the higher offer to him (how do I know that she did this) why would a landlord not accept a higher offer of £15000? I know my house is going on the market next week (if the person has only been in the property for 7 years the landlord needs to give 8 weeks notice and he can give as much notice as he wants. The agents will not give the landlord's address but this is available via the land registry service which i shall use to obtain the information this is the only way I can verify if the estate agents have put my offer to the landlord- 28th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)A superb service from beginning to end. We met Alison from the Sketty Branch at my mum’s house and from the beginning, the personal touch was evident. Professional yet sensitive to our circumstances, Alison was first class. The team at Sketty branch were always contactable and we were kept fully informed throughout. They worked hard in marketing, getting the property listed and online and secured a buyer in no time. What was highly impressive was the sales progression team or should I say Selina.. she was attentive, in communication throughout with me and both solicitors. There is no doubt she secured the final completion in record time and to everyone’s needs. Wow, what a team! Thank you to Alison, the ladies of Sketty Branch and Selina. I had the dream team and would recommend them every time!

18th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)After a difficult start to our selling journey with another agent, we found our saving grace with Parkmans, particularly Erin, Claire and Emily. Parkmans are an absolutely amazing team, very thorough, brilliant at communication as provided us feedback after every viewing in a timely manner and kept us updated regarding our sale at every step of the way. Given this was our first sale of a property and didn’t really know what to expect, Erin and Claire talked and supported us through every single step which definitely made the process a lot more reassuring and smoothing. They were also there to listen to our worries and queries which helped eased the stress of selling. They were very kind and understanding which helped as selling can be very stressful! Erin is amazing, extremely professional and knowledgeable of her role. She is also really friendly, proactive and respectful. She definitely made this process a lot smoother and eased a lot of our worries. I would recommend anyone to list their property with Parkmans as they are an extremely hard working team and really try to get you the best for your property.

Viewings were handled very professionally, and we were given the time and space to look around the property without any pushy sales pressure, which we really appreciated.<br><br>Mel was always friendly, helpful and accommodating, including arranging return visits whenever needed. His professionalism was outstanding, and his communication was consistently excellent. I know I put Dane through his paces, and he earned every penny! What truly set Dane apart was his unique approach. I was genuinely touched by his hand-written letter, a personal touch you rarely see these days. And the tea bag he included? It made a truly delightful cup of tea! Honestly, Dane is the best estate agent anyone could ask for.
