7th Nov 2025 (22 weeks ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward - Earlsfield

As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. 10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. Thank you Rob and Lisa, you were great!

Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all

My journey to selling my property started with a frustrating and ultimately "useless" experience with Purple Bricks. 19th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)I run a global real estate and investor services firm; in the UK I was recommended to try Foxton’s after failing to achieve results with other big names. My case was handled by Rory Briers. To me, Foxton’s reputation, that preceded my dealings with them, was revealed in full by this realtor. Rory worked so hard, well beyond his mandate, to get results. I have never seen this”over and above” the call of duty performance while dealing with other realtors. Based on this encounter and other deeper observations, I have directed managers in my firm to explore dealing exclusively with Foxtons for our UK business.
