7th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward - Earlsfield

10th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)We sold our home on Stanley Gardens Road through Curchods with Rob, James and the team and had a really good experience overall. From the start, the pricing advice felt realistic and well judged, which helped attract the right buyers quickly. Viewings were handled well and we always got clear, honest feedback, so we knew where things stood. After accepting an offer, Rob, James and the team stayed on top of everything and kept the process moving. Communication was consistent and we never felt out of the loop. End result was a smooth sale, good outcome and a timeline that worked for our move abroad. Would definitely recommend them.

25th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

27th May 2026 (14 days ago)Yes Mr Harvey, you sent me a disclaimer with no acknowledgement or evidence. With the Renter's Rights Bill upon us, you need an agency that does comprehensive checks and has your back. Be aware this agency does neither and isn't a member of Arla/NAEA, which makes it harder to complain about their backhanded business tactics. Open Rent and Spare Room are low cost and allow you to do as much as you need to cover yourself and your tenant and cut out the middle man. If you need management, find an Arla/NAEA regulated agency with a support network especially for maintenance. Oasis is one small office, so they don't have the people or the back up.

4th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)We recently bought a flat through Hamptons Balham. Our main agent was Jack, but we also had various interactions with Tom. Both were a tremendous help throughout the process. Jack, in particular, was friendly, personable, always available, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Thanks to Jack (and Tom) we were able to get the purchase through relatively smoothly. Even before the purchase, we were impressed with their approach. Having seen another property in Balham with them, they kept us in mind when an off-market sale opportunity arose and ensured we saw that property as soon as possible. As it happens, that turned out to be the very flat we purchased. We would happily recommend Hamptons Balham to anyone and will use them in the future should the need arise. Thanks again Jack and Tom!
10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. Thank you Rob and Lisa, you were great!
28th May 2026 (13 days ago)We really recommend Bradley from Hunters. His professionalism was completely unmatched. From start to finish, he was personable, attentive, and absolutely brilliant. He truly went above and beyond to help us sell our house in Forest Hill, and honestly, we wouldn’t have managed to get everything over the line so smoothly without him. What really stood out was Bradley’s ability to sell the vision of our home. We were selling a large five-bedroom house that was quite complex and needed a lot of work, so it took someone very skilled to help potential buyers see its potential. Bradley was fantastic during every viewing. He really took the time to understand our vision for the house and communicate that to buyers in such a genuine and effective way. Before choosing Hunters, we spoke with two other estate agents that were nowhere near the level of service Bradley provided. The difference was incredible. Another thing we really appreciated was Bradley’s dedication throughout the process. He always arrived well before potential buyers to prepare for viewings, and afterwards he stayed to give detailed feedback to me and my fiancé, which honestly felt unheard of compared to our previous experiences. He always removed his shoes too without asking, and was great with our dog and cats. We are so grateful to Bradley because without him, we truly don’t believe we would have sold the house as quickly or as smoothly as we did. We couldn’t recommend Bradley and Hunters highly enough.

Euan showed us the flat and was very proactive in reaching out, as well as more than happy to accommodate any requests such as viewing multiple times. Rory facilitated the sale and he was truly superb, I will definitely be using him again when I next buy or sell. He was clear and quick at every step, following up with all parties without delay, and very accommodating and understanding about our situation. He went above and beyond to ensure our timeline was met, and it really was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing our realtor was proactive, knowledgeable, and very importantly, responsive. This was a very positive experience for us and I have no hesitation in recommending Rory if you are looking to buy or sell. Thanks very much to Rory and Euan for all their help.
