Lewis was always quick to respond to emails and kept me updated at every point of the process. Lewis went beyond in many ways - offering helpful recommendations and I felt fully supported throughout the whole process as a first-time buyer. I would definitely recommend John D Wood & Co.

She took the time to really understand what we needed and was very thoughtful in bringing us the best deals and options on the market that suited us, rather than just pushing something generic. She is excellent at managing client relationships, and what made the biggest difference was how personally invested and supportive she was. She connected with us very naturally, showed real empathy, and helped guide us through some stressful moments with patience, reassurance, and professionalism. Working with her felt both efficient and genuinely human, and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. Saving what could have been a very stressful event. Very much appreciated all her help.
23rd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We sold our house via the Egham team last year. Mark, who is the Regional Manager, and Harry who was our Sales agent were both excellent, very professional. Stirling gave us a much higher valuation than the two others we had and managed to get us a sale of just under 5k of our asking price, far more than we expected. Harry kept in regular contact and always called me back if he was out of the office. If you are selling in the Egham area I would highly recommend Stirling Ackroyd over the other prominent agent in the area who did not even bother to to call us back after their much lower valuation.

Rocco was very polite, patient, helpful, supportive and attentive to my daughter and I. I was very pleased with the service I was given and would highly recommend him.

10th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Sadly not the company they once were; as a managing agent they are chasing me for service charges despite me having instructed an agent and these deatils being advised some time ago. The excuses given were staff name changes amnd absence - seriously? No apology, just a referral to the complainst process. There are far better companies providing these services

Everyone we met from the top down was friendly and professional so we were able to step back and leave things in their hands with confidence. Their expertise turned one of life's major stresses into a very positive experience.

Process through initial contact, viewings, application and securing the rental property has been seamless, uncomplicated and overall first rate. Can't thank Paris enough.
7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

I just wanted to arrange a viewing of a property I was interested in and was very keen to put an offer on subject to a successful viewing, and we couldn't even get that far. He wanted to confirm my position with my estate agent along with confirmation of my maximum budget and even queries why he couldn't find my property online- was a lot of unnecessary faf for what would have been a quick viewing/easy sale!
