The level of professionalism fell well below expectations, and I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client.I will not recommend their services and would recommend strongly advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable and responsive agency. Ps : don’t bother replying with a standard message, because already know your answer.

Lewis was always quick to respond to emails and kept me updated at every point of the process. Lewis went beyond in many ways - offering helpful recommendations and I felt fully supported throughout the whole process as a first-time buyer. I would definitely recommend John D Wood & Co.

27th May 2026 (14 days ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.
25th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)My partner and I had 2 tenancies managed by Jade in Samuel Estates. Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. Saving what could have been a very stressful event. Very much appreciated all her help.
2nd Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Absolutely disgraceful experience. I have never dealt with an estate agent that behaved so unprofessionally and dishonestly. After my offer was accepted and I proceeded in good faith, I later discovered that the estate agent was actively trying to secure a higher offer instead. It felt as though they had no respect whatsoever for transparency, fairness, or basic professional ethics. Throughout the process I was given information that turned out to be misleading, and I was left with the clear impression that their priority was not to act honestly but simply to extract as much money as possible from the situation. The entire experience left me feeling deceived and manipulated. What should have been an exciting property purchase became a stressful and frustrating ordeal because of the conduct of this agency. Trust is essential when dealing with property transactions, and unfortunately I found their actions completely undermined that trust. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this estate agent to proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, I would not use them again and would not recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking for a fair and honest service.

They are knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to deal with. Selling from abroad was challenging at times, but they were incredibly supportive. A special shout-out to Laura in Lettings and Katie in Sales, who went above and beyond when needed. Thank you!

Communication with Laura has been great and she has been keeping us updated - also been very helpful when we’ve had any questions or requested information. It’s been a very pleasant experience. The whole process has been very straightforward and I like how Jackie Quinn are very transparent and provide all documentation needed and the process is thorough but feels relaxed. Thanks again! 7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.

We found all the Circa team friendly and capable. Preety handled the successful sale of the flat. She was hands on, great at communicating and able to adapt to all the bumps and changes that are the nature of the London property market. Massive thanks to Preety and the Circa team!

Their service from beginning to end was professional and we were extremely impressed with the communication at every single stage of the process. It was never any trouble to get questions answered and information was always passed on quickly, even with a tricky chain. Thank you so much LOFT. We would happily recommend to anyone.
