From start to finish, it was a great experience - not something I thought I would say about a house sale! They provided great advice every step of the way and their long-standing relationship with the local area brought useful information and a personal touch. Mariam has been so incredible my parents sadly had water leak at residential property I need to find them alternative accommodation Mariam has stayed in touch until she found them the perfect place to rent. She kept me up to date from start to finish making this such a smooth process for my parents at such a difficult time and she is so polite and professional absolute asset to the company and I work for Lloyds banking group so recognition is so important when you have been given attention and service like this I would recommend Mariam and Charles Henry Peppiatt for helping find the ideal place but without Mariam being so efficient this would have not been so easy. I will definitely give her details to anyone I know looking for property.

After speaking with Winkworth Surbiton, they stood out immediately—their customer experience was on an entirely different level, and they delivered on every detail we asked for. From the very first conversation to the final handover, the whole process was smooth, transparent, and exceptionally well?communicated. There was never a moment where I felt out of the loop or unsure of the next step. Everything was handled with a level of care detail that made everything stress free and effortless. We were fortunate to be assigned Mariam, she handled everything as if she were renting the home herself, not just facilitating it for us. She guided us at every step of the process with genuine care and professionalism. Even team members who weren’t directly handling our case, like Mikey and Salma, stepped in to offer guidance and support. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience.

Nothing is ever too much trouble, they respond with urgency - no matter how big or small the issue - and they always provide us with helpful and informed advice.
