From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

25th May 2026 (16 days ago)Abi and the team at Tudor and Co recently helped me buy my first house and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The purchase was not straight forward due to a lack of confidence in the vendors solicitors however Abi kept me updated every step of the way and pushed for updates to assist in pushing the sale through. I work abroad often and having never bought a house before I wasn’t sure of the processes or timescales and Abi was extremely supportive and proactive. Down the line when I come to sell the property I shall definitely be engaging Tudor and Co!

I had the misfortune of losing both of my parents in quick succession, which has led me to dealing with Anthony until only relatively recently. Not only is Anthony dedicated, reliable and personable, but he is clued up about the market expectations and pricing. He delivers without fail and goes above and beyond to help with a kind manner about him. I know why my parents chose him and I have utmost confidence in him as he made a stressful situation seamless.

26th May 2026 (15 days ago)AVOID THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give 0 stars, out of all the staff here the only okay member was our property manager. The store manager Steven was not willing to help much despite the fact we filed an official complaint about one of the agents, this agent lied and threatened for us to sign quickly as possible. Lied about the utilities to get us to sign and laughed at us when we said we wanted to get into the flat as soon as possible to clean she said 'why would we pay £400 for cleaners if you are going to clean' well we had to spend 2 days cleaning the flat, wee on the toilet, grime and grease covering the kitchen, dirt on the walls and a garden covered in grime. (See pictures) We were delayed moving in due to a gas safety issue, and foxtons still fought us when we asked for a refund for the time we were not there. To top it all off when dropping off the keys today, which we had to rush and travel a long time for they have decided to close 10 mins early, especially embarrassing for foxtons is when I looked into the store through the security grate a team member hid. I can't wait to be finished working with this company and urge any landlords or renters to avoid as much as possible!!!

Tayte was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with regard to the property and made sure we had everything we needed once we had picked our home! Ben was also great with guiding us through the daunting process! Would highly recommend!
18th May 2026 (23 days ago)Never go with CKB, they are the worst estate agents we’ve ever dealt with. Upon vacating the property, they tried to take £800 of our deposit, for made up reasons. We then disputed their claims, and it took over 3 months to get all of our money back from the tenancy deposit service. Poorly run, poorly organised and extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs! Another example of their unprofessionalism is when somebody came to knock on the door to view the property, no estate agent was there and I let them in and showed them around myself. We also had an extreme mould issue, which ruined my belongings and it took them 3 months to install a dehumidifier into the back wardrobe. I was told the mould was because of my small plant in the property, rather than the structural damage and leaks from the flat from above.

He made himself available for viewings at convenient times and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. What really stood out was how efficient he was in providing all the necessary documentation, keeping everything smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he’s genuinely friendly and approachable, which made the whole process feel much more comfortable. Mykie was also very transparent throughout, which I really appreciated—it gave me full confidence at every stage. Overall, a great experience and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and personable agent.
