28th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money. Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend

I would have no hesitation in recommending him, and will be giving him a call for any further house sales or purchases we might make
21st Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)We have had a great experience with Andrews. They gave us a very accurate valuation, provided us with lots of viewings and feedback and did keep us informed (although regular communication was sometimes chased). You could tell they cared about selling our house.

Calm and straightforward when we offered and in dealing with negotiations. He’s also been really helpful, patient, and responsive as we’ve tried to work through everything with two sets of solicitors. Thanks to Finley and the rest of the team as well. Everyone has been super friendly and professional.

They pass on all tenant concerns and enquiries and keep us informed of any repairs needed. They are fair and scrupulous in all matters regarding change of tenancy and rental decisions and adjustments. They keep us appraised in all matters relating to this tenancy and we recommend them 100%.

After being messed around with slow comms and cancelled on last minute multiple times by a popular letting agent in Poole for a flat we really wanted, we messaged LYH to view a flat in the same building and had a response on WhatsApp straight away + out of office hours. Viewing was arranged in a day’s time, and the experience was great from viewing to communication that followed. Really appreciated the speediness, personal approach and genuineness!
