Over promised, under delivered and let down at nearly every turn following. Didn’t realise just how bad it was until we changed agents.

Harry strived to achieve the best purchase price possible for us. Special mention to Matthew as well who photographed our house and helped us with the process. All at Parkers, Reading have provided an amazing service to make our sale as painless as possible.

In the current property market we were delighted to have our away with zero hassle especially as our was a probate sale and quite emotional one. Once we were with Davis Tate the photos were very good however some parts of the listing were not as expected. We didn’t have nearly as many viewings as expected and the communication was really poor. We didn’t sell our house but by deciding to reduce it on our own terms and didn’t listen to some of the advice of Davis Tate

After having several houses fall through with other agents, they’d call me if new houses were due to come on once they knew exactly what was after (no time wasting!!) and I ended up buying a property before it came to market.
