Over promised, under delivered and let down at nearly every turn following. Didn’t realise just how bad it was until we changed agents.

She is so talented she could guess the enquired property purely based off the property criteria I outlined.<br><br>She was kind, charismatic, and made the entire process rather enjoyable. She 100% deserves a raise because she is doing excellent work. 23rd Sep 2024 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. I opted to withdraw my offer on a property despite being so over the moon it was accepted and loving the house. So sorry to the seller, but it was not worth risking my mental health in dealing with an abrupt, pompous individual. Didn’t even acknowledge my email, though unsurprising given the communication thus far! Shame Rightmove doesn’t allow you to filter out agents!

Excellent communication throughout the whole process via the whatsapp group they set up - answering questions and giving immediate feedback on viewings. Nothing was too much trouble and they have saved me a few trips south. Emanda was extremely kind and empathetic to my situation whilst being professional at all times. I would highly recommend Wilkinson & Fox, they made the whole process so easy are are extremely approachable.

Once we were with Davis Tate the photos were very good however some parts of the listing were not as expected. We didn’t have nearly as many viewings as expected and the communication was really poor. We didn’t sell our house but by deciding to reduce it on our own terms and didn’t listen to some of the advice of Davis Tate
