Nice and easy, for a first time selling a home it was as easy as I could have hoped for. Not only did we sell it quickly but we were really pleased with the price and got over the asking. (They also valued it more than other agents) Highly Recommended!

31st Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Used Rosedale for the purchase of my house and my agent Becky was amazing! She was really helpful, always got me the answers to any questions and worked very fast. I never had to chase them up at all as they were always on the ball! So good that I had no second thoughts in using them again when it came to selling my house.
22nd Aug 2022 (1 year ago)This company has incompetent staff. I have booked to see one property, came to this property, was waiting for someone to come and show it- but no one came. I've called them and asking how long I need to wait, and they wasn't aware about this. They even didn't noted in their system about this showroom. They even didn't have my contact details. And when I asked them about that property - they told me that it is already letted. Bad service, bad personnel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Waste of time and nerves.

Even went the extra mile for me when my house purchase was unexpectedly delayed and extended my tenancy which took away a significant amount or worry and stress. 30th Apr 2024 (4 days ago)Initially they talked the talk and were very helpful but once the property was sold they started pushing for us to move out early (which we refused to do) presumably so they could get their commission. The communication in the period between sale and completion was minimal from their side until Ozzie became the "contact" person and we cannot praise him enough.
28th May 2022 (1 year ago)Was confident of an early sale as affordable property is not readily available in the village, but the agent helped to get a very good price. Entirely happy.

3rd Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)Strutt and Parker went above and beyond in selling my grandmas house: from excellent communication, fantastic service and unbelievable all round help in matters- even stopping by and going out of their way to assist in providing jump leads for my stranded Uncle with his battery flat car. Frankly, if you want top notch professional help that makes a difference, I would advise using Strutt and Parker. They really do an outstanding job.

When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.

Due to changing personal circumstances in 2023 we found ourselves having to relocate so called Paul to arrange a valuation on our property. Hasten to say, we placed it on the market with Norton Rickett and were very pleased that we sold in a difficult market, at a price we were satisfied with, which incidentally wasn’t far off the valuation Paul gave. Our experience with purchasing the property was one of good communication and within their control, Paul and Nick always did what they promised when they promised. Selling the property was no different. Having two individuals looking after your interests with the combined experience of this pair is worth every penny. If there was a reason why something couldn’t happen as expected, however tricky or unpalatable it might have been at the time, they were communicating without delay. House moving is a stressful business, but with Paul and Nick’s calm, logical process and skill, they manage to make sense of issues which are often far from their control. With our careers we have sold and purchased properties many times. With no exception, in our experience Norton Rickett have been the most professional of any estate agent we have used. Thank you Paul and Nick for your valued service.
