If you're consdiering this agency - as well as looking at those reviews, do ask yourself - if they cannot even be bothered to reply to any of these bad reviews, what are they going to be like if you give them your business? There are so many estate agencies out there, some of which are great, please do invest 10 minutes finding one...

22nd Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)I met with George Mayhew for a second visit on this property he was really helpful and went through queries I had on site. Very helpful on both viewings I had with him. We now have a new tenancy in the area we wanted due to the great communication and speed of setting up visits for the family.

All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property. After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions of interest. Their Customer Service is absymal. Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to. Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent. There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.

23rd Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had to do almost all the following up after viewing. They didn't seem to value the importance of this. The home also went back on the market a full week after it was promised, thus missing what is thought to be the busiest marketing day of the year.. Changed Agent who sold the house in a week even before it was marketed on Rightmove.
28th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Walked in to discuss a bungalow they had for sale, whilst in workwear. Had one word answers whilst being looked up and down by a snotty guy. They need to not judge books by covers.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

I went to him with my vision to buy my dream flat and there were so many complications as well but he took the time to understand our needs and delivered on promises. Seif is such a gem if you want someone helpful and reliable, I’d recommend him only. He even helped us to sort our Stamp Duty problem.His communication was excellent—attentive, timely, and honest. Renowned Homes made a daunting process seem incredibly smooth. Five stars ??????
