I am so glad I did, the service they provided was more personal and within a couple of weeks the property sold within a couple of weeks. Really pleased and have no hesitation in recommending Leaper Stanbrook. Brilliant service.

Seb was our initial point of contact who showed us through the home and was attentive and asked us lots of questions to ensure the home was the right fit. A real asset to the business. Callum navigated the process of offer and acceptance with great professionalism and communication was fast, clear and precise. Highly recommend!

Nikki was exceptional in answering queries and ensuring all paperwork was signed and completed by both myself and the landlord. As a first time buyer it can be really scary but he explained everything really well, was calm, and ultimately led me to my first new home which couldn’t have been more perfect.<br>Everyone in general at fox & sons has been really helpful and helped move everything on as quickly as possible.<br>Would 100% recommend. He always kept me informed and made the whole process much easier to navigate.<br><br>A big thank you to Chris and the whole team at Your Move for all their help. I’m very happy to finally have the keys to my first home in the UK. Highly recommended!

22nd May 2026 (17 weeks ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

If you're looking to rent a flat in Hove, I can’t recommend Belvoir Letting Agents enough – they truly offer a first-class service!

On top of this, they take no accountability for issues they are meant to deal with during tenancy. They also enter your rental property sometimes without telling you in advance, which is an illegal practice. Overall the worst rental place Ive dealt with so far as a student

Josh was very efficient and always on hand to support us with clarifying any questions we had along the way. His communication and support made the whole process much smoother. Would definitely recommend Josh and Foster & Co!

Our house has been on the market for not even two days and we’ve already had three viewings, which is absolutely fantastic!<br><br>From the very beginning, the whole team has been friendly, professional, helpful and incredibly supportive. They have kept us updated and checked in with us regularly, which has made the whole process feel so much easier and reassuring.<br><br>The photographs were arranged and taken really promptly, and we’ve been so impressed with the quality of the marketing and the way our property has been presented. Their marketing skills have been amazing, and it’s clear that they genuinely know how to get a property noticed.<br><br>A special thank you to Leanne and Joe for all their hard work, communication and dedication so far. Really easy to deal with and everything ran really smooth. Always felt looked after and nothing we asked or needed was a problem. Thanks so much for being so helpful and making the final process of our move so smooth. On another note next door to us is now up for sale with these guys and they are really attentive to keeping the property looking nice etc so if you're looking to sell ive seen first hand that they are great at that too! Deffo recommend this local agents :)

They kept me very well informed throughout the whole process, always making sure I knew what was happening and what to expect next.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and I always felt that my questions were listened to and dealt with promptly. Buying and moving home can be such a stressful experience, but having an estate agent who is so approachable, organised and genuinely helpful made such a difference.<br><br>A truly fantastic team and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’m so grateful for all their help and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them! ?????

They kept us up to date with any information along the way; big or small and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We feel like we have known them for years! If we were ever to sell the house we just purchased (in many years to come!), we would definitely use them again. Thank you all!
