I can honestly say I could not have done all the computer work without Hannah's help and encouragement. 22nd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

Was worried about the process of renting through an agent but it was a breeze. They were so so helpful and got me into a new property in around 3 weeks :) they have totally changed my view on renting through agent now. Becky was an absolute superstar making the process so easy and straightforward. Thank you again everyone ??

As a first time buyer, I was under the impression buying a property was stressful, but this was absolutely not the case thanks to Georgia and the rest of the team.<br><br>Georgia was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her communication was amazing; she sent regular updates via WhatsApp, which made it really easy to stay in the loop (I’m rubbish at answering the phone).<br><br>Aside from being pros at what they do, the team are also passionate. Georgia was genuinely excited for me to purchase my first home, and even went out of her way to deliver the new keys to me.<br><br>I couldn’t be happier, and will definitely be using No. 24 in the future. A big thanks to the team.
