13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I recently bought a property in Wick Hall. That process took us 6 months. From initial research before going on the market, of many different blocks and flats in our targeted area, to actually moving in last week. Wick Hall was not included in my thoughts but I saw two flats for sale there on Right Move in April. Intrigued I called the agent Phillips and Still to ask about why two flats in the same block were so different on price. My call was answered by Alice King who offered to show me both even though we weren't yet on the market. That kindness and underlying professionalism from the first meet, built up a complete trust in Alice. We weren't ready to go then. Alice then contacted me when another property came up. We had a viewing and the flat stayed in our minds a a potential. After further thought we contacted Alice again and told her that we'd be putting an offer in subject to selling our house. Which by being on a very popular family residential area and in excellent condition sold quickly. Alice helped us with additional viewings, and also during negotiating the sale. Alice was a constant support and positive always. She is also an expert on Wick Hall so fully able to answer all the questions. She also helped us on moving day with the caretaker. We cannot thank both Alice and Phillips and Still enough for our experience, during the process. Fully reccomended this Estate agent.
25th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Our recent experience on purchasing a property through Leaper Stanbrook has renewed our faith that there are still some estate agents who are proud of the industry they represent and the role they play within the community. The whole team were involved at various times and the communication from them was excellent. The anxiety that we all experience at these times disappeared and the process was actually enjoyable! We would like to particularly acknowledge Ollie Bean, whose enthusiasm and attention to detail was outstanding. He had uncanny ability to know when to call us when we needed reassurance and worked diligently liaising between ourselves and the vendor. Thank you so much Ollie! Barbara & Richard Reuss

Our first home fell through and Danielle was immediately there to support us through the process again. She ensured that we were kept informed of progress throughout and was always very responsive to our emails. We would highly recommend her for all mortgaging needs.
2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)I got in touch with King and Chasemore as it looked like my purchase was about to fall through 11 days before completion and I would need to rent somewhere at very short notice.<br><br>I spoke with Jack about a particular property and he understood the situation and was incredibly helpful and proactive in setting up viewings and locating other suitable properties.<br><br>In this instance, my purchase was salvaged and I didn't need to rent somewhere but the speed at which Jack reacted and the help he offered went a very long way and impressed me to the point I will recommend this company to anyone and will certainly involve them in future property transactions myself.

17th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I have recently bought a flat in Bexhill through New Foundations . I have mainly dealt with William. I have always found him incredibly helpful, always replies to my emails as well as telephone calls. It seems like nothing is too much trouble for him even when I was asking him to contact the vendor on several occasions regarding any issues I had in respect of the property. I also dealt with Nathan as well who is just as incredibly helpful. New Foundations are like a breath of fresh air for Estate Agents & so much better than any other estate agent that I’ve used over the years.

I cannot praise the lovely team at Cooper Adams enough for the warmth and genuine care they have taken at each stage. James and colleagues took every opportunity to be interested, they were professional and had incredible processes that are timely, supportive and keep momentum going. As a result of their diligence and market presence, we received an offer on day one and have accepted. It however got a bit problematic with the deeds and it was an extremely stressful time for them with buyers and sellers putting pressure on.<br>Garry was exceptional !!!!<br>Then voice of reason, pulling the right strings at the right time and managing my parents with patience and understanding.<br>He also kept me updated which he didn’t have to do but meant I could help my parents along the way.<br>Well done and thank you for ‘knowing your customer and having emotional intelligence’

Her professional, at the same time kind and polite attitude made it easier and quicker for us to resolve the different issues regarding our flat. Communication was excellent throughout right up to completion. And it didn’t feel like you were just a number, I would 100% recommend Phil, very genuine and straightforward and he got the job done with very specific requirements!
