14th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I can highly recommend the Henry Adams lettings office in Bognor Regis . I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. Very professional.

29th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.
16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Even though we’ve decided to take our house off the market for now and try again next year, I still wanted to leave a review because Oliver Ostler has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>Things didn’t go the way we’d hoped due to some poor advice elsewhere and things generally not going to plan, but having Ollie supporting us made a really stressful situation so much easier. He was always honest, reliable, and consistent, and he did exactly what he said he would do. If he said he’d call, he called, and he kept in touch regularly, which meant so much during such an uncertain time.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble. He always took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and reassure us when we needed it. I never felt like just another client – he genuinely cared and always had our best interests at heart.<br><br>Although we’re putting our plans on hold until next year, when we’re ready to try again, he will be the first person we contact. Thank you so much for all your help, support, and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor who truly goes above and beyond. 1st Aug 2026 (2 days ago)My experience with Jack Taggart & Co has been extremely disappointing. On 9 July 2026, after viewing a property, I was asked whether I could pay 6 months rent in advance to secure the property. As I wasn't able, he settled with me paying £3,900 which consisted of 1 month rent and deposit. I was later informed that the property would no longer be available. Despite being given several dates on which I was told my money would be refunded, the payments did not materialise, and I had to repeatedly chase for updates. I also requested details of the tenancy deposit protection scheme that I was told held my deposit, but I did not receive the information I requested. The delays caused significant financial stress and affected my ability to secure alternative accommodation. As I was unable to resolve the matter directly, I have now commenced a small claim to recover the money. This review reflects my personal experience.

17th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality. Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.
22nd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)After using Fox and Sons who were totally useless and only got me one viewing in 10 weeks, I switched to Wyatt Hughes who are by far more professional and more efficient. They have managed to obtain 1-3 viewings a week consistenly since I signed up with them and always gave regular feedback - never got anything from Fox & Sons. They have also given me help with every query I've given them and pointed me in the direction of services and workmen that I've needed along the way..and now we have a sale thanks to their dedication. I can't really fault them and would highly recommend them to others.
