They’ve completely changed my (very outdated) opinion of house selling / buying and I could not be more grateful for their support through what was a more complex sale than we originally thought! They have the relationships and the know-how, which is a hard-to-find combo, but it’s the only one that will get you where you need to be. Big love and thanks to John and his team, because when it comes down to it, they made my dreams come true!

Everyone I dealt with was outstanding and they have all done a great job.<br>There are always things that crop up when buying a house, but they handled everything with care and thoughtfulness, gave us great advice along the way, and were a pleasure to deal with throughout.<br>I didn’t choose them as I was buying rather than selling, but based on this experience, I absolutely would choose them in the future.<br>Many thanks,<br>Jonathan & Ellen

Taylor, Niki, and Kyra each played a key part in making the process smooth, organised, and keeping me informed. Their communication was clear, their professionalism was consistent, and they were always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. It’s rare to find an estate agency team that feels genuinely supportive, but Leaders delivered exactly that. 6th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)PS&B have been witholding all funds for over 3 months and should be avoided at all costs, we moved out 2 months ago with no deductions to the deposit and have not gotten the money back, with numerous staff we are emailing leaving the business over the past few weeks - still no resolution.<br><br>Please Google them to see the relevant articles, avoid!!

The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.

If you are planning on selling a property don't bother asking anyone else to come and value. And if you are buying make sure its a property they have for sale!

Sold my property once and Steven has been amazing. I met Steven when he was working in the Lancing Branch.This is my first time selling and buying a property on my own. Steven took me under his wing and guided me through the whole process of applying for a new mortgage. Unfortunately my sale fell through. I have had to start all over again . And even though Steven has moved to Bognor Regis he has honoured my mortgage deal. I have now resold my place and found my new forever home. Once again Steven has got me a great mortgage. His communication throughout this whole process has been fantastic.
