11th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

They were fantastic from start to finish throughout our house-buying journey and were always happy to answer our questions, and as first-time buyers, we had a lot. They arranged a last-minute viewing for us 15 minutes before closing on the same day we enquired, and that ended up being the house we bought. Having such a friendly and approachable team on the other end of the phone made the whole process so much less stressful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we genuinely couldn’t fault the service we received. Thank you for helping us find our first home!

She was knowledgeable,punctual ,a great communicator and efficient. I was extremely happy with Clare who throughout the process was always efficient ,friendly,supportive and conscientious .She replied to and resolved any queries promptly.The communication about viewings was very good and we were reminded about viewings the day before. I was very disappointed by the Sales Progressor who was difficult to speak to ,worked short hours and failed to contact us promptly causing difficulty and additional stress.

She is a very patient lady with her clients, very softly spoken ,explaining each stage of the lettings process from start to finish.Keeping in contact with her clients - her management skills are an asset to the company . Danielle assisted me in such a lovely manner , The tenants that were applying for the property were properly vetted by her, She contacted .me telling me if they had any pets , if tenants wanted to do any alterations in the property .Danielle discussed this with me very thoroughly before a application was accepted as a positive tenant. I cannot thank Danielle enough in helping us out in the property being rented out , i would only bring any more rental properties to Danielle because i was overwhelmed with the way she handled all the process of renting. I am really happy with all the help Danielle gave me , and i wish her all the very best for the future as i can see her going further in the company .Thanks Frankie.

Within two days I received an offer of the full asking price. They worked together with my solicitor to ensure the sale went through smoothly without any hitches. All the staff were friendly and super helpful, I definitely recommend Ingleby Homes to anyone who is looking to sell their property,

12th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Worst experience ever. Rude. Unprofessional. Miss led me with the property description. Advert said recent rewire...turn out it was 11 years ago. Helen was rude. Ignorant and the most unhelpful person ever. They made the whole process of buying un necessarily stressful. I have bought and sold many properties over the years and never experienced anything like it. Collected my keys today and didnt get a smile or congratulations. Nothing. Absolutely appalling. The only person who was any help was Kirby. I would avoid this company at all costs
