From start to finish, the whole team has been amazing, but a special thank you has to go to Sam, who has been absolutely incredible throughout the entire process of helping me and my partner finding a property.<br>Sam has been so understanding of our circumstances and has always been willing, patient and genuinely happy to help whenever we needed her. She has gone above and beyond to support us, and we honestly cannot thank her enough for helping us find the perfect home for our family.<br>We would also like to say a huge thank you to Craig and Karen, who have both been so helpful with viewings and throughout the process.<br>The whole experience has been made so much easier thanks to such a lovely and supportive team. Sam is a real asset to John Alexander, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she has done for us.<br>We would highly recommend John Alexander to anyone who is looking to find a property. We travelled quite a long way with our family to come and see the property, and we were met by the lovely Diane Keightley, who made the whole experience so welcoming.<br><br>Diane was absolutely wonderful. Her warmth, professionalism and lovely demeanour really stood out to us. She took the time to walk us through the property, explain everything clearly and give us a great overview of the house. We really appreciated how friendly and approachable she was throughout.<br><br>We genuinely fell in love with the property and have now expressed our offer. We are really hoping that everything goes well and that we are fortunate enough to have our offer accepted, as we can genuinely see ourselves making this house our home.<br><br>I also wanted to make sure Diane received the recognition she deserves, as her warmth and the way she welcomed us and our family made such a lovely impression.<br><br>Thank you again, and fingers crossed for the next steps! ??????????????????<br><br>Gabriella x

26th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)The whole team at Fenn Wright in Manningtree have been excellent from start to finish in helping us buy our new house. Kaleigh in particular was very quick to give us updates, call to check-in and didn't leave us waiting at the end of the phone in what can be a quite stressful process. She spoke to the solicitors and translated a lot of the complex legal terms into plain English for us which was greatly appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about the team and would like to thank them for all of their hard work!

Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. An absolute 5* star service and I would not hesitate to contact them to sell my property. Thank you Nick absolutely great service.
21st Apr 2026 (22 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Stoneridge Estate Agents. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic sales progression. We consistently felt that the process was being handled in favour of the buyer, with little regard for us as the sellers. Communication was poor throughout. Emails marked as urgent were not responded to in a timely manner, and updates were vague or lacking altogether. At a critical stage in the transaction, we were left chasing for information that should have been proactively managed by the agent. Most concerning was the failure to properly progress the sale. Key actions, such as chasing solicitors and moving outstanding enquiries forward, were not carried out with the level of urgency expected. This caused unnecessary delays and added significant stress. The buyer’s survey and subsequent renegotiation were also allowed to happen very late in the process, creating avoidable disruption. This should have been addressed much earlier and managed far more effectively. Overall, the handling of this sale was poor and ultimately led to us losing confidence and withdrawing completely. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

2nd Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Amazing Service! Lola showed us round multiple times on different occasions at first which you do not see much with EAs so that was very helpful. After having a bid accepted, Chris and Lola were both very helpful. Very responsive, proactive and took things into their own hands when there were issues with solicitors and if we had any questions regarding the house or any processes. No hassle at all. Would definitely recommend and would happily use them again if we ever sell :)
