7th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)We brought from Arden and the staff and service was brilliant, Amy looked after us from start to finish and we cannot fault the service we received. Thankful for a smooth process.
9th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)What a fabulous team. From the beginning Daniella was outstanding. She really saw my house and its potential. Her valuation was over the other 2 estate agents which worried me……but it shouldn’t have. Her and her team secured me £20,000 above what the other agents said was my limit. They worked hard, amazing communication and just down right fabulous people. Korron then took me on the journey with the buyers terrible solicitors constantly fighting to move quicker and making sure everything was done correctly and held my hand DAILY….what a super star. If you go with anyone else it would be a mistake. Thanks ladies for the best service I could have asked for x
28th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Keep hassling my partner to see if she wants to sell even tho she's told them not for another year .......the same estate agent has rang twice today ............safe to say when it's time to sell up we won't be using them ......if they can't listen to clear instructions now .....they're clearly not going to when it's time to sell
27th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Amazing from start to finish, thought selling and moving would be a nightmare but Maxine at Gordon Jones Estate Agents was amazing, she really did go above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. 100% recommended

Denis and Tracey Gordon Jones solicitors were also amazing with our conveying, smooth and easy from start to finish. Simply perfect A* and above
25th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would fully recommend. Due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances, had a number of houses fall through. However, Natalie and the extended Oulsnam team have been brilliant throughout. Always quick to respond and diligent at getting problems sorted.
25th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)I’ve had a great experience at your move and with Samantha Bye. Everything has been communicated clearly and I’ve had a very easy process. Highly recommend your move Bromsgrove
13th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Cannot fault oakton estate agents. Moving into my forever was very quick and they are very professional. Would definitely recommend and thank yoy
14th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Prompts response and good communication
28th May 2024 (2 years ago)Very pleased with services and local knowledge
28th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Multiple emails by both myself and the building owner to different agents and website communication points, for well over a month with no reply. Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.
15th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)AP Morgan offer a professional and friendly service with good timely communication.
23rd Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very thorough, always able to get hold of, excellent service
6th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We sold our house to the owners parents and now working for Martin and Co Solihull. After 7 months, in which we had spent large amount on a survey of a house we wanted to buy, legal fees and searches, his parents arranged a private sale on a bungalow at a point we were due to complete. Utterly disgraceful and underhand. No contact from Carl Heming and absolutely no apology for the mess he has left us in. What disgraceful practice. Formal complaint being made to investigate ‘conflict of interest’ and now talking to our solicitors about formal legal action. Hemming now working for Martin and Co Solihull who have also provided wesk customer service. We do NOT recommend Carl Hemming in any way.
15th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)In one word the service and support we have had from HS Homes has been excellent. We have purchased our new property through HS Homes, and from the start of the process to the end we have had a great service. Nicola has been fantastic and kept us updated on any developments throughout so we were always fully aware of what was happening elsewhere in the chain. We really appreciated Nicola's proactive approach and feel that without Nicola and Fran's efforts to get our sale over the line we would still be waiting to exchange. A huge thank you to HS Homes. We would strongly recommend HS Homes to anyone considering moving home.
12th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Friendly Service, Valuation similar to expected, and good turnaround of viewings. SSTC very quickly fingers crossed all goes through.

9th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I honestly cannot thank Laura enough for everything she has done for us throughout the sale of our house.

After a very long and stressful nine months, Laura has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Her knowledge and expertise are second to none, and we always had complete trust that she would do the very best for us.

Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she’s also genuinely lovely, approachable and supportive. Throughout every challenge, we felt reassured knowing we were in such capable hands.

It’s clear that Laura genuinely cares about her clients and takes real pride in what she does. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to guide us through the process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Thank you so much, Laura, for everything!

5th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Ashley was brilliant from the very start and his team were always on hand to answer any questions. Jess gave us updates every week regarding our house sale and purchase, we didn’t have to chase anyone at all! If I had to do it all again I wouldn’t even bother contacting another agent, these guys would get picked every time!
