However, communication of our sale performance during the marketing period could have been better. I took time off work for a viewing, submitted all the requested documents within 30 minutes afterwards, at the asking price without even negotiating, and clearly explained that I needed to secure a place urgently.<br><br>Despite this, I was later told the property had already been let agreed. This happened to me repeatedly, wasting my time and even my annual leave. My credit history and background are good, and I had no issues with the checks.<br><br>They clearly do not value prospective tenants’ time. If you want a smooth and professional experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Very poor service.
