His advice was always clear and helpful, which made everything much less stressful. Zaria was also fantastic - she kept things moving smoothly and made sure I was regularly updated with progress from both solicitors, which I really appreciated. Both Dave and Zaria were very responsive and easy to deal with, and they made the whole process feel straightforward and manageable. I’d highly recommend them!
8th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Great place if you want to sell your equipment or machinery, there's an accoutrement of telehandlers there to help with the unloading process. Staff are very friendly to deal with and if your buying it is literally a big boy's toys r us. Highly recommend either process with H J Pugh & Co.

From the very beginning they demonstrated professionalism and a genuine commitment to ensuring the entire process ran smoothly. Nick was always available to answer questions, address concerns promptly, and provide clear guidance whenever needed. I would confidently recommend this company to anyone.

23rd Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)Just purchasing a property through Martin & Co Sutton. With hindsight I wish I had also used them for the sale of my previous property too. Matthew Port is so helpful and responds really quickly to any query, he's so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Martin & Co My purchase has now completed and I would like to add that Louise has the sort of customer service skills that you just can’t train -she’s naturally warm and friendly - I always come off the phone from her smiling-she’s an asset to the business.

We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. Will be recommending her to anyone that asks!

From the initial meeting through to completion Matt, both Katie s , Ellie and Paula were approachable and professional and kept the communication lines open all the way through. I cannot recommend Acres Walmley highly enough for selling property and will miss my regular visits for an update. thank you all Yvonne and Ray
7th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I Honestly could not recommend Belvoir enough. It was 3 days from the initial visit with Nathan, listing going live, 3 viewings booked then agreed sale. We did have an issue with a tyre kicker buyer but Belvoir alleviated our frustration and sold our property again almost immediately. Considering how general customer service seems to be going down the pan, hats off to Harvey, Katie, Liam, Chloe and the rest of the team for making the grey hair inducing experience of moving house easier!

The team are all friendly yet professional. Oliver has exceptional local knowledge of the area and is honest and realistic about pricing properties to sell. Ray was fantastic in keeping us up to date, he excels in communicating effectively and regularly. Margetts are a good example of the importance of using a local estate agent, it really makes a huge difference to the overall process. We have previously used Margetts as our letting agent and again they excelled in keeping us informed and streamlining any issues in a solution focused manner.
