16th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)After a very bad experience with Connells and several wasted months we decided to go with Skitts Wednesbury and it was the best decision we made. Tanya and her team were fantastic and despite the house having already been on the market a while they sold it really quickly and at asking price. Sadly a few months later the sale fell through jeopardising not only our onward purchase but also a place for our son at our chosen secondary school. We were quite distraught but Tanya and Clare were so supportive and reassuring. They pulled out all the stops and within 24 hours of re-listing the house we had 18 viewings penciled in for the weekend. We had 3 offers in by Monday morning at asking price and above which meant we didn't loose our dream home. Clare became our rock through the completion process and took so much of our anxiety and worries away. We cant thank them enough. We're not planning on moving again any time soon but to anyone who is id whole heartedly recommend them.

29th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Totally professionals and a caring team .<br>we have moved to Llandudno from Tamworth last Friday 4 months after we should have moved ( 1st time buyer walked away ) .Big thanks to Jodie for badgering and keeping all parties on their toes as there were times we wondered if it was going to happen. Suddenly everything clicked into place and with Sally helping Jodie we finally have made it 500yds from West Shore with beach views.<br>Thank you again from the heart of our bottom ????????????.if your every over this way ....bring your bucket and spade ....we would love to see you ????????????

Phone calls and emails were taken or replied to within 24 hours and we were kept up to date throughout.<br><br>Rachel went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and as a result we had a very quick completion ??????<br><br>Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Throughout that time, I have found them to be consistently professional, knowledgeable and, just as importantly, genuinely easy to deal with.<br><br>Communication has always been excellent, whether by email or telephone, and I've always felt kept informed and supported. As a landlord, it was reassuring to know that both we and our tenants were in safe hands. The team managed everything efficiently and professionally, giving us complete confidence that matters were being handled properly.<br><br>More recently, when it came to selling our property, the same outstanding level of customer service continued. The team clearly know their industry inside out, provide honest and trustworthy advice, and make what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Bartleys to anyone looking for a letting or estate agent. 31st Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Was with JM for 3 years . In my time with them they Have proven to be incompetent. No inventory just have poorly taken pictures. Switched tenant without my consent and they new tenants destroyed my house. No accountability.

Noemi always responds promptly to our emails or phone calls, she has always been very friendly polite and gone up and beyond our expectations. Alongside, the inventory team with Jacqui Edwards add further invaluable support to the whole process, such that by so doing it allows the new tenant to be ready to move in sooner rather than later. Excellent work, all round by the team. So grateful. Thank you.
26th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Very impressed the the weekend and bank holiday that was in place. Viewing on Saturday pre BH Monday left me thinking I would hear nothing else until the Tuesday. How wrong was I? Offer and sale subject to contract all communicated the same weekend . Fabulous service ??????

12th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)The communication was shockingly weak. I had one phonecall in 3 months for feedback. The market has become slow lately but I expected more. Photographs were not brilliant or the write up. No Zoopla adverts.
3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)A property was listed for rent on the morning of Tuesday 01/09/2026.<br><br>We rang the same morning as soon as senate opened to book a viewing and was told that we were the first to enquire and they would be in touch tomorrow (02/09/2026) as they had only just listed it and that the lady who will be managing the viewings for it is off today.<br><br>Didn’t receive any calls or anything the next day (02/09/2026) as advised, so following day decided to call on the morning (03/09/2026) and said to them we havent been contacted.<br><br>Different lady answered from the initial call, assume this is the lady who is managing the viewings, told us it was fully booked out for viewings and that it was tough luck. She had a terrible attitude towards us on the phone about it too, as though we were making it up!<br><br>Crazy! Absolutely disgusting! We were first in on that listing. We think it’s because we told them we have a young child on the initial call. They can’t discriminate so they accidentally forget you. Don’t use this company, will be looking into further options of complaint with official bodies with how this was handled also.<br><br>Addition to this review -<br><br>What’s even funnier now is that this property is today 03/09/2026 showing as let agreed now.<br><br>Though the supposed viewings that were fully booked are supposed to take place on Saturday 05/09/2026.<br><br>So how is let agreed? How have the relevant checks been made with the tenants of whom it is agreed with in less than one day from listing, and without even doing a viewing yet either?<br><br>Screenshots and timestamps all taken, can’t wait to to take these questionable practices to the ombudsman.

Within 15 minutes of it going live I had my first appointment.. second viewing appointment for the same day within 40 minutes both for the same day! I literally can't believe how efficient they are! I would totally recommend them! From the media presentation to speaking to staff on the phone it's been absolutely faultless!!!
