22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)We recently started renting with Property Bureau (Bearsden) and it is safe to say they are a wonderful team, who are very friendly and professional throughout the entire process of beginning our journey renting the company. Our experience throughout the beginning of the process was very smooth and well communicated, which made everything a lot less intimidating. The team are so lovely and are fantastic at making sure we were in the loop and answering any questions we had. A special mention to Nicky is well deserved too, as she made this experience for us so easy and stress free. We would happily reccomend renting with Property Bureau. Thank you! :)
19th Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty

18th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Cant leave zero stars but have to say the staff really leave a lot to be desired quite rude and disrespectful, especially Katie. I would not recommend them to anyone. No response from Lucy after contacting them about Katie's behaviour. but good to see they like to leave meaningless automatic responses

Staff and Barry handled this for me in an extremely professional manner and kept me up to date through the progression of the sale. I would highly recommend Belmont property to guide you through the house buying/selling process. Thanks agin to you both.
28th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Awful experience. Collected money from owners for roof repairs that never happened, then walked away as factor while still holding the funds. Months of chasing for basic answers and a refund timeline. Communication is dismissive and contradictory, and getting a clear breakdown of what’s been spent and what’s being withheld has been like pulling teeth. Would not recommend to anyone.

16th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Both Gary and Alaina in the Dumfries branch of Hunters have been outstanding in what has been a very stressful and upsetting time in my life. My father passed away a few months ago and as his only child I was left to deal with his estate. Living 300 miles away, this was obviously quite an intimidating prospect. Gary and Alaina offered a huge amount of support and professionalism and sold my dad's house in less than 3 weeks of marketing. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I'm so happy I chose them to assist me! Jenny
