Stella and Ian were great at keeping me up to date throughout the whole process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

No response from Lucy after contacting them about Katie's behaviour. but good to see they like to leave meaningless automatic responses

The team managed the sale of our Mum's house and handled her estate, after she passed last year.<br><br>The team were extremely professional throughout the process.<br>Communication was excellent and we were kept well informed throughout.<br>The service which we received was first class and we were treated with the upmost respect during a very difficult time.<br><br>Many thanks to you all.

25th Feb 2026 (23 weeks ago)The agent was excellent in all aspects , it was a sale with some technical hitches which neither the estate agent, lawyer or ourselves could have predicted - the first agreed buyer pulled out of sale just a few days before exchange of contract - this caused extra expensive and acceptance a much reduced offer Disappointed by first buyer

Their communication was fantastic throughout—we were always kept informed, and any questions were answered promptly, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier. As we don't live in Dumfries, we needed an agent we could place our trust in, we met with a few different agents, but from the minute we met Mark, we instinctively knew he was the right person for us. Mark from the get go was absolutely fantastic, he is a rare find in the property world, a safe pair of hands who genuinely cares , even though he had a number of properties live on the market to manage, he never loses focus and has an exceptional and methodical way of progressing the process. He was always professional, friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with, helping every viewing run smoothly. Their communication was excellent throughout the process and I was constantly kept in the loop with the progress and what the next steps would be. I would highly recommend.
