Garnham H Bewley - East Grinstead
73-75 London Road, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 1EQ
(12 reviews)
16th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Had Garnham H Bewley provide me a valuation not knowing what my house was worth after 15 years here and after some recent upgrades carried out. Very knowledgeable of the local area, on what my house was worth and what it would likely sell for. If I do decide to move I’ll definitely use them in the future. Very friendly, enthusiastic but not pushy like other agents.

23rd Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)A big thank you . You and your team have been excellent and true to your word since we first met. Despite the challenging circumstances of moving Dad and selling the house, your support and knowledge made the process much smoother.
I would highly recommend you to anyone.
9th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Highly supportive
23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Freya and Lucy (and Jason of course!) were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were always in contact with me and worked very hard to achieve my sale at the price I needed. I felt I could be open and honest with them every step of the way and they helped smooth what is inevitably a bit of a stressful process.

2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)We recently used Hancocks to help sell our house and were very impressed. Market conditions were not particularly easy, but the team identified a buyer and worked hard to ensure that timely progress was made.
Joel is very professional and efficient and manages the team well, ensuring that everything stays on track. The team is also very professional, friendly and helpful. They handled the viewings well for us, consulted us regularly and kept us well-informed.
And a special mention must go to Karen, an experienced estate agent who has recently joined the team. Joel specifically asked her to prioritise progress-chasing for us when unexpected delays at the buyers' solicitors threatened to slow things down and she was absolutely excellent, chasing in an unfailingly courteous but terrier-like way. She was also friendly, efficient and cheerful - a real pleasure to work with.
All in all, a very positive experience with a professional and friendly team whom we would not hesitate to recommend.- 20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I have had a very positive experience with Cubitt & West in Haywards Heath. It is clear that they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in providing a high standard of service.

I would highly recommend Cubitt & West Haywards Heath to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and supportive estate agency. Thank you to the whole team for your hard work and assistance
29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)I was extremely fortunate to have Kate Hand ( Connells in Horsham) as the letting agent. Just excellent from start to finish and I’m still receiving emails checking that everything is going well. I was going through a very challenging time , but Kate was very patient and provided advice and support at every stage. This is my first renting experience and I feel extremely lucky that I was guided through this by Kate. Exceptionally positive experience.- 2nd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Excellent service

Communication was exceptional; he always kept us updated, promptly returned our calls, and answered our questions. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but Glyn-Jones made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. They went above and beyond by keeping the chain moving smoothly. If you are looking for an estate agent who is honest, reliable, and genuinely cares about their clients, look no further. Thank you so much for helping me get into my new home!
