26th May 2026 (19 days ago)We recently exchanged contracts and completed our sale and purchase through Cooper Adams, and overall they were excellent throughout the process. Communication was consistently strong, and they kept us updated at every stage, which made a huge difference during what can be a very stressful experience. The last 3 weeks became particularly difficult due to delays caused at the bottom of the chain, which unfortunately resulted in us losing our original removal company. Despite this, Cooper Adams worked hard to keep the chain together, kept the pressure on where needed, and ultimately helped get everything over the line. Special thanks to the team for their persistence, professionalism, and support during a stressful period. Emma Sampson was incredibly responsive and followed up quickly. 7th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Very good experience at first. The floor plan was inaccurate however wasn't changed. We kept being pushed to lower the asking price (which they set). In 3 and a half months with them they didn't arrange even 1 viewing. So we changed the agency.

He was welcoming, warm in personality and couldn’t be more helpful on our search! I feel he went above & beyond to meet our criteria, so couldn’t recommend him enough! Another fantastic & super helpful member of staff at this branch would be Gareth Pontin! We had a free consultation with Gareth, who explained every single detail in the buying process which was so helpful being new to this. He is so responsive on emails, providing advice and support at the drop of a hat for houses with any estate agent. I would highly recommend him as a broker, we feel he has our best interests at heart! A really positive experience with this branch!
