22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)We had never rented before and were very pleased with the service we received from our focal point at Hamptons, Jenna. Jenna clearly explained the process that needed to be followed, gave us useful guidance, and liaised helpfully and constructively with the landlord, where needed. We were kept informed of the status, and everything moved along promptly and efficiently under Jenna's direction. She was also charming to deal with.

7th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Very good experience at first. The floor plan was inaccurate however wasn't changed. We kept being pushed to lower the asking price (which they set). In 3 and a half months with them they didn't arrange even 1 viewing. So we changed the agency.

- 29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Ben and his team at Fox and Sons in Haywards Heath were extremely helpful and professional in the recent sale of our flat.
