They worked in our interest at all times and were particularly effective in the final stages when communications between all parties were required. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

14th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)Professional yet friendly and down to earth - experts in the town, I am a qualified person in my field so I am always shocked how many estate agents are not - but at Brock Taylor they are - and you can tell. it also tells me a lot about a business that they do this when there is no legal requirement to do so. My house was sold and the progression to completion was excellent.. I dealt with Peter and Angel Mostly, but the while team were excellent.

Neil and Angus were incredibly professional, had great communication and I would definitely recommended and use them personally again in the future.

He has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish, and after the journey we’ve had selling our property, we honestly don’t know what we would have done without him.<br><br>Cameron saw us through not one, not two, but FOUR failed property sales due to broken chains — through absolutely no fault of ours or the house — and every single time, he was there ready to pick things straight back up and get us moving again. He worked tirelessly to get our property relisted, arrange new viewings and generate fresh interest, often within incredibly small turnaround times. His efficiency and determination were second to none.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Cameron was responsive, professional, proactive and, perhaps most importantly, truly understanding of just how stressful and disheartening the situation could be. Time and time again, he stood up for us, supported us and did everything he possibly could to keep things progressing. We always felt that he was firmly in our corner.<br><br>After what has felt like an incredibly long road, we have FINALLY exchanged, and we are so grateful to Cameron for everything he did to help get us here. His persistence, hard work and commitment to us never wavered, even after setback after setback.<br><br>Cameron is an absolute credit to Cubitt & West, and we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend him to anyone selling their home. 3rd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Bell and Blake were the only one of four agents we contacted who valued the property realistically. Their local knowledge was invaluable in our situation (as we live elsewhere and were selling for an elderly relative). I am very glad that we were not lured by one of the various rival firms offering inflated valuations to get us on board- the house would almost certainly still be on the market and causing us great anxiety.

Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.

Their Haywards Heath team mainly Ceira Whittaker and Zoe Simpson who dealt with myself were always attentive and respectful, showing a level of professionalism that was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies. Our sale was not without problems and they went the extra mile to help solve these problems. Aaron, in particular deserves a mention, he monitored the sale daily and kept an eye on the progress and any problems that arose, so he was on them immediately.

Down to earth and pragmatic with no spin, it’s refreshing to find a real service. it’s much appreciated .<br>The best service I have had from any estate agent, I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them.
