8th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I thought all the team in the town centre were friendly and helpful. I was mainly dealing with Joe, who was professional, knowledgeable, and very understanding of the stress I was going through.
23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had written a 5 star rating based on the initial experience. But sadly its all gone down hill at renewal. Current agreement expired in May and we still don't have a new contract. We have chased.. yes we wanted some changes i.e. a 2 year contract but this was requested in 2022. Yes we wanted to make some improvements but these were approved the same day by the landlady in October 2022. Sadly the new Manager seems to be on a power trip and makes certain tenants feel second best by totally ignoring them. We have rented since 2011, occupying properties managed by Savills and House.Partnership so we are well versed with rental etiquette. This renewal is by far the worst. The response rate across the Branch Manager and Renewals contact is less than 4%. My advice? look elsewhere, this is a really traumatic experience bordering on intimidation which makes us feel incredibly vulnerable as tenants. Its not something i would want anyone to go through.

18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Can’t praise the staff more especially Joe and Andy who went above and beyond to get the sale over the line. Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill

3rd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Bell and Blake were the only one of four agents we contacted who valued the property realistically. Their local knowledge was invaluable in our situation (as we live elsewhere and were selling for an elderly relative). I am very glad that we were not lured by one of the various rival firms offering inflated valuations to get us on board- the house would almost certainly still be on the market and causing us great anxiety.

From first point of contact with Keith to being looked after throughout the purchase by the rest of the Billingshurst office, especially Lindsay who was brilliant throughout. She made sure to push the sale through, keeping to important deadlines and answered any questions we had and before the end of play that day! Would highly recommend and we will definitely use them if we ever looked to move again. 10 stars!!
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Mark Revill and Co were excellent throughout the entire process. The initial assessment and suggested pricing were realistic and the marketing materials very good. We particularly liked the personal approach adopted by Richard and his sales team. We were kept informed throughout the sales process.<br>Once we had accepted an offer was when the ongoing support came into its own. Theresa did an excellent job keeping us and everyone in the chain informed and up to date. She was a godsend.<br>This really was an end to end service and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I am a contractor, asked to do some work at one of the properties they have on the market. Their communication, professionalism and accommodation allowed us to complete the works ahead of schedule and to a great standard.

Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.

Their Haywards Heath team mainly Ceira Whittaker and Zoe Simpson who dealt with myself were always attentive and respectful, showing a level of professionalism that was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies.
