29th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)I was a first time buyer, and as a buyer I thought E&S did a fantastic job. Zuhre was very responsive, understanding, and honest during the process, explained what needed to be done, and did a great job liaising with the sellers (which was not always easy!). Dan was very good at showing the property, and understood well on what needed to be done, and did a great job getting both the sellers and me to agree on completion. Even though the sellers were their clients, I thought they did a great job looking out for me too. Would definitely recommend, and use them for selling a property.

What a good decision! Wayne Shayler took us under his wing and his extensive knowledge of the market and excellent, timely advice was invaluable to us. He was always available to answer our queries and contacted us regularly with updates - I honestly think we couldn’t have chosen a better agent. Thank you so much Wayne! Everyone in the office was unfailingly polite and helpful and we are very happy with the service we received. Highly recommend ParaBar.

Elaine has always looked after me, got things fixed when needed on time as promised and has been very flexible and accommodating to me and my family. 11th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I had to sell my mother's house after she died and then my brother died a few months later. It has been a very traumatic experience. However Stephanie at Countryside Estates handled the whole matter in a both professional but more importantly very sensitive manner. One of her many strength's was her assertiveness with both the buyers and the solicitors making sure everyone was fully aware of what was needed to by done by whom and when it needed to be done by which then ensured everything was signed and agreed in a timely manner. I felt like I have been working with a consummate professional who knows everything involved in the process and legal requirements of selling a house with an obvious in depth experience and thorough knowledge of the market and conveyancing. I highly commend Countryside Estates and it goes without saying have nothing but gratitude for the brilliant customer service experience I receive from Stephanie.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Maxine and Rihanna at bairstow eves as you have both been absolutely brilliant from the start and your help and assistance has definitely been 1st class and 100% worth more than 5 stars. I would suggest if anyone is thinking of putting their property on the market go and see Maxine at Burnham on crouch as you will definitely not be disappointed in the service they provide. 23rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)We just bought our new home through St George and, while they were acting for the vendor rather than us as the purchaser, we have been hugely impressed with the way they run their business. Darren and his team are one of very few estate agents that we have ever come across that have been completely open and honest throughout the process. It is clear that they did so in a manner which also kept their client’s best interests at the forefront. Darren in particular came across as hugely experienced and was able to answer numerous questions about the property at our first viewing - normally when I ask basic questions to estate agents about a property, I am met with a blank stare!! Darren and his team however, either provided immediate answers or found the answer and actually communicated it to me. It was so refreshing to deal with genuine people who clearly take pride in their work. While we were on the other side of the transaction, we have been so impressed that we will be instructing them to sell our rental property.

As the sale progressed, with a number of hurdles along the way, Chelsea and team kept up the great work; the regular whatsapp updates were very much appreciated!! Great, clear price, friendly, supportive and empathetic professionals. I would happily recommend Amos Estates as the agents with a personal touch.
17th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)In times like this when renting a property is literally a nightmare, when agencies don't even bother to reply or answer the phone because they've got too many clients anyway, contacting Jemma from the agency was like seeing a light on the end of the tunnel or better to say an angel who finally woke you up from nightmares and gave a hope. So busy and under huge pressure, she always find time to answer your emails or call you back, she is an absolute jewel! Like my friend said and I absolutely agree, we just won a lottery with them! Edit: We lived(rented) in the house where many flats are managed by the agency and than you can get the clue why some people here are giving 1 star. I read those reviews and witnessed on my own eyes people from next door not paying bills, electricity cuts, bringing and leaving rubbish around the house and complaining that this government is not doing enough for them and they just want to live on benefits and agency suppose to give them accommodation for free??? It really makes me angry reading and seeing things like that, because if you are on benefits doesn't matter the reason why, you must understand that not even one agency will consider you in front of working people, simple as that, because you don't understand that you are risk for the people who work there, they are working for salary and they want to be payed for work they are doing, for service they are providing and you are expecting them to risk their work and life because of people who eventually might not pay the rent anymore??? Are you willing to work for someone who eventually will not pay you ? I know the answer on this one, because I'm not! I left the flat how I found it when my contract expired. We maintained it as it is our own property because we are living in it and we respect someone who owns it (same as you would expect if you give your car to someone, to fill it up, keep it clean and intact, no difference), and we got our whole deposit back on the same day our contract ended. So, don't believe some reviews here, it is not even worth it to read, because like I said, I witnessed the story behind that and how they left the property after they've got finally evicted (it was a relief for all of us in the building). Agency couldn't even place the property back to market, it was a nightmare. So they lost all that money for the rent, deposit is not going to be enough to bring it back for living condition and tell me, how people who work in the agency suppose to live? On benefits too? Sorry for my long rewiev, but someone independent needs to say the truth behind those 1 star reviews and according to this, I would just suggest the agency, "don't even bother with cases like this, because not even one agency does", but I know that you have more human approach like I said and that's why you are trying to help people even if they think that paying 6 month in front is a rip off, they don't really understand in what risk you are really placing yourself. BTW, we left the agency because our friends who left the country, gave us their property to live in, otherwise we wouldn't move from there, no chance. The best agency we experienced, honestly! Recommend!!!

2nd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Fisk handled the process well although when it came to signing the legal paperwork toward the end of the process, the young lady within the estate agent was unsure whether she was the witness or if it was my solicitors who would be the witness signature. Overall, a decent experience when buying my first property.
13th May 2024 (6 days ago)We recently had help from Helen to rent a flat in the Leigh area. It was a really lovely and easy experience from the beginning of our interest to completion. Helen’s approach was perfect and what we liked was the speed of completion to rent our flat. This was helped by the portal they use where you can sign all contracts and docs and also the inventory. Helen was very accommodating with our request to move as quickly as possible! We definitely recommend!
