26th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)They “don’t do floor plans”, and don’t know how big their properties are. I was transferred to a receptionist after asking about the property size… They’ve “sold properties for 30 years” this way. They had a property for sale in Harrow but hadn’t actually seen it in person. They did not know anything about the seller either. I’m not sure how the property was even priced without any of this in place. They were inflexible with viewings because they did not want to “make frequent trips” to the property. Overall a waste of time. I feel sorry for the vendor.

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

The tram worked really hard and secured an offer before the property even went live. I was regularly updated on progress, Overall great experience would highly recommend.

As a buyer Phoenix doesn't care about you, they won't give you any information that you ask for saying they are unable to but when their seller wants to know what's going on they will harass you to the point of being rude. We was told the seller wanted no communication with us and we were left in the dark for weeks when sharing doubts that we didn't want the house due to communication, Phoenix became interactive with us again. When paper work was held up, Phoenix blamed the other parties.(we spoke to the house owner in the end because we got tired) every step was a stressful time we wish that the house was listed by another agent, nothing was made easy.
24th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)DO NOT RECOMMEND ! DO NOT HERE! I’ve rented a flat from Keeleys last year(2022), when winter started the second bedroom had black mould and didn’t heat properly. After a few emails back and forward was sent out instructions to clean the bedroom. The black mould was never sorted! End up moving out but because I signed an extra paperwork apart from my contract they have charged me for the empty flat! Bad experience end up stealing half of my deposit! People have no morals! Don’t sign anything extra ! Only your contract!! If you have black mould just call the expert and issue a claim!

Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We were not local to Kings Lynn and Sowerby`s were recommended to us, and we were not disappointed.

(31 reviews)22nd Nov 2022 (1 year ago)As a purchaser, dealing with all members of the T&C team in Stamford throughout the viewing, negotiating and pre-contract phases was a thoroughly professional experience. When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.
