Excellent service from the team to sell our Mum's house. We appreciated their communications and updates and we never had to chase them. They kept us informed before and after all viewings and we had quite a few before we found our buyer but always felt they maintained an enthusiasm and commitment to the job. A very professional but personal service.... Read more
Do not use these for lettings as they are bt far the most unscrupulous, corrupt and obstinate charlatans ive ever come across. Having had the property I vacated professionally cleaned and them adding charges with no time to remedy, they were still adding charges new charges, several week later just because I didn't agree to their previous ones.... Went to view a property with Fran, loved it. Within 24 hours I was accepted by the owner. 24 hours later my referencing had passed and had a move in date. Very very easy with these guys, kept me up to date constantly and kept their word. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Thanks again

Poor at communicating - I had to ask for data from right move. Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.... Read more
