They kept us informed before and after all viewings and we had quite a few before we found our buyer but always felt they maintained an enthusiasm and commitment to the job. A very professional but personal service.

22nd May 2026 (27 days ago)Do not use these for lettings as they are bt far the most unscrupulous, corrupt and obstinate charlatans ive ever come across. Having had the property I vacated professionally cleaned and them adding charges with no time to remedy, they were still adding charges new charges, several week later just because I didn't agree to their previous ones.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.
