I used Dixons for the sale of my property. Becky came out and conducted her valuation. Her customer service is amazing, she was very approachable, friendly and professional. Becky was always there to help with all the solicitors paperwork. Naif came and did the viewings, he was always happy and made me feel at ease with the sale.
Overall i would reccomend Dixons Yardley.

Failed to inform us that there was a mentally ill woman who lived next door. We were harassed and moved out of the property by police and Dixons & the landlord did absolutely nothing to help safeguard myself and child. I reached out to them to fix the garden fence as the neighbour, who has now been charged with stalking, was destroying the fence to watch me and my child. RYAN suggested that I call the police as it wasn’t their problem, despite the fence belonging to the landlord.
They lie a lot and their staff changes so much you never know who to get in contact with. Always confirm things via email as they will say anything over the phone and then lie about it. This company gets reviews from people who have just signed their lease and are happy. This review, however, is from someone who was left to deal with harassment, stalking and was told that they wouldn’t even secure my garden so that me and my infant child could be safe.

Quite simply useless.Had my property with them on sale for 7 months.I suspected most of the “ viewings “ were fake so decided to turn up to attend the “ viewings “ 3 of which all conveniently cancelled ! I suspect my property was on one of the agents route home as all viewings seemed to be around same times.They put sold on my Sale Board at one point even though it wasn’t !
Get the distinct impression the didn’t want to sell this property.
AVOID at all costs.Had my keys back today and will be placing it with an Independent estate agent who cares about their business.

?Dixons estate agents did an excellent job in selling our house. Their advertising attracted a significant number of enquiries, many of which resulted in visits to the property, followed by a number of offers from which we were able to make a choice. Dixons ensured that the accepted offer was brought speedily to contract exchange and completion
During this process Dixons kept us regularly informed of progress. They were very helpful on the post-offer process. We would certainly use them if we were to move house again.

I cannot recommend Vicky and the team at Dixons Solihull enough. Vicky has been absolutely incredible throughout my purchase, proactive, professional, and went above and beyond (even working extra hours before her holiday!) to ensure we exchanged on time. Her communication was faultless and she made a stressful process feel seamless. 5 stars!
