Dixons made it really easy for us to move into our first home. We viewed the property with Mark and moved in within 2 weeks. Mark was very accommodating and even met with us to help measure the property once we were selected as tenants. The move in process was really smooth and easy, both Mark and Josh were informative and willing to help with all of our queries. We were very happy with the support Dixons gave us.

Brilliant service from Alana Selwood at the Cannock branch, all enquiries were followed through and she closed a good deal for me on a property. Sarah Collins also has sorted out a great mortgage deal and knows her job inside out. Looking forward to working with the team again.

Worst service experienced from Dixon Erdington. Those who are trying to rent or buy, please keep in mind that they will ditch you at last moment. They will not even say the exact reason for the issue and they will waste our time.

These guys were the first to value our property and they were definitely worth their fee. They told us we'd receive an offer within 3 weeks and that is exactly what happened!
They keep you updated, they are very good at being the go-between and getting you the answers you need, and nothing is too much for them.
Cannot thank Eddy, Kyle, Ashley and the team enough. If you have a property to sell choose Dixons, you will be in safe hands!

I was very pleased with the service Darren the manager and his staff gave me I found them very professional and helpful in finding a Buyer for my property and kept me informed with progress all through the sale.
