Disappointing | disrespectful | unprofessional
After a very disappointing flat view
Karan gave my friends an appointment to view a flat
When they arrived at their office he refused to show them the flat with out any explanation
He didn’t show any respect or any appreciation or empathy
Please respect other people’s time and don’t wast their time
I hope you were more professional and respectful
I’m not saying the whole team, as we’ve just dealt with this unprofessional agent (Karan) which is a very disrespectful and time waster

Had a great experience with Almer Khan at Foxtons Maida Vale. He drove me around to view 5 different properties and was attentive throughout, making sure each one matched what I was actually looking for. Professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Although I ended up renting elsewhere, the service from Almer was excellent and I'd happily recommend him to anyone searching in the area.

I can not tell how much I appreciate their help .They are so professional and friendly at the same time. Especially Maddie who helped us is wonderful person. She did her all job so meticulously. We found the dream house in two days. Also ? have to mention Beattie who is the manager. We are so grateful about her help and understanding. Thanks a lot for doing your job so good.
