I used Foxtons around November time to try and sell my late father's home. To be fair they are very good estate agent and actually make an effort to sell your home unfortunately after some disagreements we parted ways. They would have sold the house literally in the first week. Now im with another estate agent a much smaller firm they are ok but not as good as Foxtons. In the last few months I've researched and contacted estate agents and to be fair most of them in Walthamstow are lacklustre and not bothered, however I'd say Foxtons are the best of the bunch as they actually make an effort to get your house sold.
In the next month or so will have to look for another estate agent as my contract has ended with my current estate agent.
Anyhow a special thanks to Sonny (Sales Manager) he's excellent and did the best he could, if you're selling your house in Walthamstow Foxtons would be a great choice.

I had a great experience finding a property through Foxtons thanks to Ben Wright, who sourced a few flats that matched what I was after perfectly and helped make the process as quick and painless as possible. I do recommend working with him, no complaints whatsoever.

Completely disorganised from the start. Rented a property from foxtons Guildford and had little to no communication from them until our move in and after. Foxtons property management also hardly any communication or efforts to fix anything within the property. I called every day to chase and I hardly heard a thing back. We moved in and the property was in a state, no welcome pack, unclean, no instructions, appliances hanging down or fallen off, no help from foxtons at all. Four months since our move in and nothing has been resolved.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Foxton Real Estate Agency for their high level of service and professionalism. I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work.
Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely.
Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand.

I would like to leave a very positive review for Alex at Foxtons Battersea.
Alex has been an incredible support throughout the entire sale process. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable.
He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage.
What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us.
I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

We recently moved to a new place in Watford and had been registered with Foxtons while searching for a property. After successfully securing a home, we gave notice to our current landlord, who had already arranged for new tenants to move in. Unfortunately, just two days before our planned move, the new landlord unexpectedly withdrew from the tenancy, leaving us in a very stressful and uncertain situation where we were at risk of being homeless. During this difficult time, Luca from Foxtons provided outstanding support. He acted quickly and efficiently, arranging viewings and helping us secure a new property within just one day. Thanks to his dedication and professionalism, we were able to move into our new home on time as originally planned.

MISREPRESENTATION COSTING HUNDREDS IN LEGAL FEES -
Absolutely appalling experience. This is the second time I’ve tried to work with this agency, and both times the information provided in the listings has been completely misleading.
• First, a studio advertised at £325k was pushed on me as £350k (apparrently the sellers would only take £350,000 but advertised it at a lower fee, fully wasting my time), with the agency claiming falsely that the space could be divided when a studio structurally can't be turned into a one bed, particularly considering how small that specific property was
• Second, another property explicitly advertised as a share of freehold—confirmed multiple times by the agency, on the website listing AND on the Gov.uk title register—turned out to involve a proposed underlease, not the actual title, - NOT EVEN A LEASEHOLD - after I had already spent hundreds of pounds in legal fees to open the case as they refused to let me see the documents beforehand.
This agency provided misleading information that caused unnecessary costs. Not posting in my name to protect my privacy but I would not recommend this agency to anyone and will never use them again
