I had an amazing experience with Abbotts this past week, I went to view a property on Monday and received the keys on Thursday. Such a quick and easy process, no problems whatsoever. I met and spoke with Rose and she made the process easy, quick and simple.

Unfortunately I do not recommend this agency. As a landlord I have have had to evict my tenants that the agency supposedly vetted prior to their tenancy. Now, I'm trying to get in touch with them in regards to the deposit which we are disputing, however no matter how I try to correspond with them (phone and email) I am not receiving any reply.

Since the day my house went up for sale Lorraine & the team were extremely helpful and compassionate. I believe it was one of the longest house sales they’ve had (not through any fault of theirs) yet they always remained positive and happy to host as many viewings as needed to get the home sold. Communication has been amazing and I can’t thank them enough. Would definitely use again!

We met Mark, who is reasonably new to the job.
But where both impressed by his refreshing approach taken from his own experience with developing and selling his own properties.
