Never pick up the phone or update their listings. Tried to claim they had sold something that had been sold by another estate agents in town.
Questionable level of hygiene in office. Black Mold across windowsills where they talk to clients. Honestly wouldn't trust them to sell me a fish let alone a house!
If you read through their reviews, you'll discover that this seems to be a fairly consistent experience in their sales department.

Extremely dishonest experience. This agency was not transparent regarding the status of a probate property, hiding the truth for four months while still trying to sell it. The lack of integrity and constant misinformation during such a sensitive process is completely unacceptable. Avoid.

Nicola scheduled a viewing with me at 3:30pm for Feb 27th. She proposed the time, which I confirmed on the day prior. I waited at the property for 30 minutes, but she never arrived and made no attempt to contact me to apologize and reschedule. I've since found a property using a different company.

We had an excellent experience with this estate agency during our home buying process. Zoe, the manager, was extremely professional and helpful throughout, making the whole process smooth and well?organised.
Alfie was also fantastic—he showed us the property multiple times and was always patient in answering all our questions and explaining everything clearly. His support and responsiveness made a big difference and helped us feel confident in our decision.
Overall, the team provided outstanding service, and we really appreciate their help during such an important purchase. Highly recommended!

We moved into our new home yesterday, and without Mackenzie supporting us throughout the whole process it could have been a very different story. His service has been excellent, and no amount of questions was too much. We now have the perfect home for our family, so thank you Mackenzie!

We sold two properties through Abbots quickly and without problems. Josh was knowledgeable about the local area, professional and friendly. Did a much better job than the more expensive agent we tried previously.

We met Mark, who is reasonably new to the job.
But where both impressed by his refreshing approach taken from his own experience with developing and selling his own properties.
Keen and interested to listen and give good advice.
