I will be recommending Maisie and Mollie to everyone I possibly can. After a very difficult process of moving where we had had some bad experiences with other landlords and agents/agencies, Maisie and Mollie gave us faith in humanity again ?????? They both went above and beyond to do *literally* everything they possibly could to get us into our new place and all set up, and showed us such kindness and compassion throughout (despite all my very annoying questions and anxieties, all of which they answered and addressed with understanding and empathy!!!)<br>The both of them made what had been one of the most stressful and difficult periods of our lives into one with hope at the end of the tunnel, and we are so grateful to have made it to the other end of that tunnel because of them! Thank you!!!

I put my house on the market after a family bereavement. The Allen & Harris team were so helpful firstly in actually getting my house on the market letting the photographer and the surveyor in to the house when I couldn’t be in Glasgow.<br>Kirsty then handled my viewings and negotiation as well as answering all my questions and being very supportive during the whole process while I navigated a difficult time outside of my house sale.

Can’t rate Allen and Harris, and Kirsty Mcculloch whom we dealt with, highly enough. If you’re looking for someone to devote all their considerable talent and energy into selling your property, and answering each one of your questions, I cannot recommend Kirsty more. She’s professional, available, and quick to offer support and ideas on each aspect of the enterprise. She’s an asset to Allen and Harris. I’ll be heartily and without hesitation, recommending her to friends and family who need help making a stressful journey, much more durable.

Working with AK and Yvonne has made this whole experience a pleasure. Being a first time buyer I was very anxious but these two kept me at ease the whole time. They made a group chat so I was able to keep in touch with them and nothing was ever a bother to them. They answered any questions I had in the first instance. I don’t think I would have got through this process without them and I wouldn’t highly recommend and would use this service again. Thanks again guys x
