Drove a three hour round trip to see a plot of land with the agent, we couldn’t actually access the land, or even see over the fence. Complete waste of time.<br><br>The build cost quoted on the listing then doubled from £175k, to £350k.<br><br>All in, they’re asking £645k without accounting for any fees to produce a house, that will be worth circa £570k.

Noel and the team were consistently friendly, approachable, reliable and professional. They visited my house once a week in my absence (the only agent to offer to do so), collected and located documents requested by solicitors from my house, and took a video which proved really helpful to me emotionally and practically.<br>Noel in addition offered advice and guidance on my son's flat purchase.<br>Matt dealt with viewings and was my main contact - always good humoured and informed. Louise in the office was consistently available, responsive, informed and - importantly - empathic.<br>I can't recommend them highly enough.

A last minute viewing of a property was arranged by Alyssia Norman, who escorted us around herself, answering all our questions (obviously well prepped on the house itself) and giving us excellent information of the local area & events.<br>It was a total surprise to us that she was a new addition to the agency - her enthusiasm and professionalism as a Sales Negotiator was really impressive.<br>Thank you so much.
