Frustrated with this agent.
They wouldn't let me see the property on studley road. I had a booking but they moved the time without informing me. There was apparently high demand and they wanted everyone to see it in the same hour. I've just seen they've knocked 50k off the asking price. But no follow up to let me see it.
If you let people see the property, you might be able to sell it. Stop with the transparent high pressure get everyone through the door in the same hour to encourage a bidding war tactics, price things correctly, treat people right and you'll attract good buyers.

Callum was absolutely brilliant during our property viewing! He was really friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all of our questions in detail and making us feel completely at ease. He clearly knows the local area well and went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed.
I would highly recommend Callum at Bairstow Eves in Purley to anyone looking for a great estate agent. Excellent service – thank you!

Bairstow eves Stratford E15, I would like to give Bairstow eves’s Manager Jay and his colleague Precious 10 Out of 10. I’ve never seen an agent so polite, calm, kind behaviour, understanding like them, the way they handle the tenants situation with patience and their polite behaviour, I’m very impressed. Because I’ve experienced the situation with them, and they try their best to help with my situation. They try to make their tenants happy and comfortable. I’m glad I found a property from Bairtstow eves and agent like Jay and Pricious?? my whole heart to them??

Recently rented with bairstoweve in Cannock, we dealt with Georgia who was incredibly helpful, provided an immaculate service and was very transparent throughout. They are pretty good so can’t fault them.

They never answer calls.
If they do they say they don’t have dates for appointments and they will get back to me as soon as they do, and then suddenly the listing is no longer available the next day.

I cannot recommend Sam Zahur enough. Sam is incredibly professional and motivated. She really went above and beyond for us in our sale and purchase. Sam was always at the end of the phone when we needed her and relentlessly chased those up the chain whenever it was required without hesitation and never failed to provide us with timely updates. Sam took away so much of the stress of the conveyancing process for us and we are so grateful to her. If you are wondering whether to instruct Sam, do not hesitate!

Upon making the huge decision to sell our family home we contacted a local estate agent in Tamworth who were useless. They over priced our house so that all the properties around ours were selling but not ours, they didn't market the sale enough or keep in touch with us. Then we found Bairstow Eves !!! My word what a difference from day one !!!! All the staff are incredible, I can't recommend them enough! But it was Kelly who blew me away , she was totally on the ball absolutely 100% committed to selling our house and always updating us regularly on the journey. Kelly activity sought out buyers & she had more viewers attend our house in one week than the previous estate agent had in 3 months. Kelly was on hand all the time for calls & responded to emails immediately. Kelly went above and beyond to reassure us and smooth the journey, being professional & friendly at all times . It's a big deal to sell a house, with all the legal procedures & processes but Kelly and all the staff at Bairstow Eves were there all the way to the last minute. Fantastic service.
