Great experience with Liam, Abidul and Aysia at BM Peckham.We felt that Liam gave a fair and realistic valuation, and had a clear plan of how best to market the property, by launching with an open house. To our complete surprise, considering how long others in the immediate area had been up for sale, they sold our flat at above asking price within about 9 days of it hitting their website and Rightmove. 4 out of 7 viewers had repeat viewings and then went on to make offers. The BM Team then supported us throughout the stressful process of simultaneously buying and selling. Would thoroughly recommend.

I have purchased a flat that the seller was selling with Barnard Marcus. I think it’s important to mention my position because I didn’t pay them any commission. My experience with them changed my perception of estate agents and Abidul has been nothing but terrific during the 4 months from the viewing to completion. Right from the beginning, when we met, he had a great energy and a firm hand shake, and I felt that things will go well :) He helped me with making the offer and enabled multiple viewings, his replies were prompt, supportive and professional. Liam was also helpful, when we experienced hurdles, his calm demeanour and professional responses really got us through the hurdles. Carla pushed everyone along every other week to speed comms and keep things going. I am thankful for their support and expertise, and they seem like a solid team altogether. If I ever need to use estate agents, they will be my preferred contacts.

Price had to be reduced substantially after being told that there were plenty of clients out there as they had agencies all over, particularly London, which tempted us to work with them, but in fact not much happened for quite a while. However, they did eventually find a buyer and we are thankful for that.

We recently moved to the Richmond area, and choosing Barnard Marcus Estate Agents was the right decision in finding our ideal home. Their team was extremely helpful, offering professional advice that made the process much smoother for us.

Kate provided a great service in finding and moving in to my new one bed property. She was on the ball with communication between myself and the landlord and helping make sure all the forms were filled in swiftly and properly for a quick move in. Would recommend using this branch to help find a reasonably priced and well maintained property.
