Having a really great experience with Barnard Marcus Peckham. Qasim set up a few viewings for me and drove my mum and I round to see them all in one go. He was really friendly and helpful during the whole process. I found a property I loved and he didn't rush me at all and was able to answer all the questions I had. Abidul was also very helpful and assisted with my (slightly lower) offer being accepted! Overall a great experience :)

Unfortunately, my experience with Barnard Marcus has been very disappointing, to say the least.
After arranging an efficient property valuation on my parents’ house three years ago for probate purposes only, following the passing of my father, I have continued to receive regular (often weekly) phone calls about selling the property.
Despite explaining the situation multiple times and submitting requests via email to be removed from your contact list, the calls and voicemail messages persist to this day.
This ongoing contact, especially given the circumstances, is both frustrating and insensitive. I would appreciate clarity on what further steps are required to have my details permanently removed from your system.
If this continues, I will have no choice but to escalate this as a formal complaint, including to relevant regulatory bodies if necessary.

As a first-time buyer, I cannot recommend Ross Ashby highly enough. From the very beginning, he made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth, manageable, and straightforward.
What really stood out was the level of detail and care he put into every stage of the journey. He took the time to explain every piece of terminology, every step involved, and every option available to me with incredible patience. No question was ever too small, and he always made sure I fully understood what was happening before moving forward.
His knowledge and attention to detail were exceptional. He went far beyond simply arranging a mortgage and provided valuable guidance on the properties I was considering. He helped me understand complex issues such as the Building Safety Act, EWS1 forms, leasehold considerations, and other important factors that could easily be overlooked by someone unfamiliar with the process.
I would also like to give special thanks to Aryan Shahry at Barnard Marcus Estate Agents. Throughout the purchase, Aryan was incredibly supportive, proactive, and professional. We encountered several challenges along the way, but he consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving, resolve issues quickly, and ensure progress was being made. His communication was excellent, and his dedication undoubtedly helped accelerate the transaction. Most importantly, he helped me find a fantastic flat that was exactly what I was looking for.
Together, Ross and Aryan made an outstanding team. Their expertise, responsiveness, and commitment gave me confidence throughout the entire process and made what could have been a daunting experience far easier to navigate. I am genuinely grateful for all of their support and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a property.
