Brooke and the team are friendly and have always been very helpful to ensure any issues are addressed quickly so that the jobs go ahead as smoothly as possible.

We recently used Chancellors for what turned out to be a very complex sale, and Rakesh Jethwa made a genuinely difficult process so much easier.
He kept us informed every step of the way and, when our buyer started to mess around, Rakesh stepped up and got things back on track. He was even contactable outside of office hours when we needed him — that kind of dedication goes above and beyond what you'd normally expect from an estate agent. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.
