Everyone we came into contact with at the Reading Office was fantastic and really easy to contact. Ella was great with our viewing and provided us with lots of information about the property. We then got transferred over to Mary when putting an offer in for the property. She was so helpful and explained things really well. I really appreciated how easy she was to contact and the fact that she kept me updated whilst we were waiting to hear back from the landlord.
