We recently completed our home purchase, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had Ben guiding us through the process. Throughout the entire journey, he was exceptionally helpful, proactive, and responsive. He bridged the communication between us and the seller flawlessly, making what could have been a stressful experience run smoothly. We truly appreciate all his hard work and dedication.<br><br>The only negative aspect of our experience was dealing with Lifetime Legal, the third-party company Chancellors uses for AML checks. Right after our offer was accepted, while we were already managing a heavy flow of communication between the estate agent, solicitor, and mortgage broker, we were subjected to aggressive marketing tactics from Lifetime Legal. It felt overwhelming and unnecessary at such a busy time. I sincerely hope Chancellors considers finding a more customer-friendly AML check solution in the future.<br><br>That being said, every other member of the team we interacted with, both at the Thatcham office and the Chancellors headquarters, was highly professional, skilled, and efficient. Aside from the third-party AML check experience, the service provided by Chancellors was excellent, and I would gladly recommend them.<br>Thank you to everyone involved, and a special thanks to Ben!
