Originally seemed nice enough, hence why we went with them but no w recognise why the fees were lower which were not sufficiently explained which felt deliberate. Over promised, under delivered and let down at nearly every turn following. Didn’t realise just how bad it was until we changed agents.

Sean at the Chancellor Finchley branch was very helpful and helped to find us our dream flat,it helped us during the process to find the flat,communicate with us all the way trough the process even when he was on holyday! Top agent!<br>I highly reccomend Sean if you want to find your ideal flat.

I just want to really thank Ahsan for his service and how he's dealt with the viewing process and the lettings negotiation for myself. I believe this has contributed towards me deciding to go ahead with Renting and the attentiveness and direct communication and outstanding customer service has made this process as easy as they come.<br>I also want to thank Chris for his great customer service and I appreciate his time also especially for helping me where He was able to answer any further queries I may have had in order to assist with the process. These guys have made me very happy and I would highly recommend Chancellors Slough to anyone else looking to Acquire or Rent a property. Thank you again Guys.

My partner and I really enjoyed working with Sat. We were looking for a house for a few months and met with lots of different agents in that time, but Sat was stand out for us - very patient with our questions, proactive about thinking of us for upcoming properties, and kept as as informed as he could. Katie has been outstanding throughout what could easily have been a very difficult letting.<br>Applying from overseas is rarely straightforward, and ours was more complicated than most. Katie handled all of it with patience and clarity, explained exactly what was needed at each stage, and kept things moving when it would have been easier to give up on us. Communication was excellent throughout, despite an eight-hour time difference. We're very grateful, and would recommend her without hesitation.
