I recently needed to find tenants for my property and employed Nikki and Siman of Connells to run the process. They both delivered excellent client service and results which is what is now needed in the current rental environment. From finding tenants through to issuing documentation and changing over all of the bills they left nothing out. I would very much recommend them to other landlords.

I filled out the online form requesting a viewing, the form said someone would be in touch soon. I waited for 2 days, I had heard nothing so I rang. The lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful and said someone would be intouch. Noone has bothered to get in touch with me. Does Pattison Lane not want to sell properties?

I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Connells. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. Every time I called, I was assured that I would receive an update, but no one ever got back to me as promised. I constantly had to chase for information instead of being kept informed.<br><br>What was even more frustrating was the lack of responsibility when it came to processing a payment that was due to me. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was little sense of urgency or accountability, and the matter took far longer than it should have.<br><br>Good communication and reliability are essential when dealing with customers, and unfortunately, my experience with Connells fell well below expectations. I hope they improve their customer service, communication, and responsiveness so that other customers don't have to go through the same experience.<br><br>**Please note:** This review relates to my experience from the end of December. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to post it at the time, so I am sharing my experience now.

This apartment is amazing, the service from the Connells team was great in specific from Nicola who helped me manage to be able to move and rent into this place for me after I needed somewhere to go, they sorted me out very swiftly and made the process much easier then other agents. Would definitely recommend.

After 20 plus weeks we have had no contact from Connells in Malvern at all.
No advice or help given by them to try and help secure a sale.
We have now removed the property from sale as there is no interest shown at all both from Connells Malvern or prospective buyers.
It appears that we are just a photograph taking up space in a window.

James was a new member of staff at Connells when I was in the process of moving into a let.I feel he had a lot to deal with as the other gentleman was off work and he was learning the ropes quickly.<br><br>I have never let before and so it was a new experience for me. James was very helpful with all my questions and follow up. Good with responding to emails etc<br>Hope you are enjoying the job James??????
