We chose Connells because they are a nationwide estate agent. The agents who came to carry out the valuation and take the photographs were fantastic.
However, the agent responsible for conducting the viewings was late, which resulted in a queue of prospective buyers waiting outside the house. As there was no sales board displayed, and the situation was attracting attention from the neighbours, I let the buyers in myself. When the agent did arrive, she spent less than 15 minutes in the property, while we waited outside the house in my car.
Furthermore, the buyer of the house wanted to pay us £10,000 directly. This was communicated to us through the agent. I spoke to the buyer but felt very uncomfortable with the situation, so I blocked them and told them to proceed through the proper channels.
I found this highly unprofessional, and we should never have been placed in this position.

Natasha was extremely helpful, understanding, patient and thorough through the whole process. She was so lovely to speak to and made the whole process less intimidating for a first time buyer. No question was a stupid question and it felt like talking to a friend. Highly recommend

More. After experiencing property from hell from another agency, the difference with Connells was night and day! Speedy, great communication, reassuring and super helpful and patient! So lovely to talk to over the phone, never felt like I was too much of a hassle! Super super friendly. Cannot recommend enough!

I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Connells. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. Every time I called, I was assured that I would receive an update, but no one ever got back to me as promised. I constantly had to chase for information instead of being kept informed.<br><br>What was even more frustrating was the lack of responsibility when it came to processing a payment that was due to me. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was little sense of urgency or accountability, and the matter took far longer than it should have.<br><br>Good communication and reliability are essential when dealing with customers, and unfortunately, my experience with Connells fell well below expectations. I hope they improve their customer service, communication, and responsiveness so that other customers don't have to go through the same experience.<br><br>**Please note:** This review relates to my experience from the end of December. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to post it at the time, so I am sharing my experience now.

I had a wonderful experience with Connells, especially with the lovely Aimee, who was incredibly helpful throughout the purchase of my property. She was professional, friendly, and always there to help, making the whole process much easier. I’m very grateful for her support and would highly recommend Connells and Aimee.

After 20 plus weeks we have had no contact from Connells in Malvern at all.
No advice or help given by them to try and help secure a sale.
We have now removed the property from sale as there is no interest shown at all both from Connells Malvern or prospective buyers.
It appears that we are just a photograph taking up space in a window.
