I had 4 viewings in 16 weeks
I wasn’t given feedback on viewings for weeks, it took over 8 weeks to get the for sale sign up, the person doing the viewings couldn’t answer questions regarding my house. Just overall not a great experience

Harry Benton was my mortgage advisor from the Bletchley branch, he was amazing from start to finish, quick responses, very professional but also very warm, approachable and conscientious.
He always replied quickly to emails and took zoom calls and meetings on many occasions to fit around my availability even if it ment him having to stay at work a lot later.
I would definately 100% recommend Harry if you want a mortgage, he got us more than I expected to borrow and at a great rate, he was very clear and concise.
We are now in our forever home largely down to His great work...thank you Harry!!!

Truly terrible experience with Connells
We were handed over a property in an appealing condition (all room were dirty, shit marks on the toilets, ear buds on the floor, etc) and they did nothing to fix it, just said it was left to the landlord to arrange cleaning
There were issues during the tenancy and they did nothing fix them either
And at the end of the tenancy they charged us for all sorts of unjustified things, including cleaning!
And 2 months after we moved out still they haven't released the rest of the deposit even though we finally accepted their ridiculous charges just to resolve the situation
AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF POSSIBLE

We haven't heard anything from Connells since our valuation appoint last Saturday. Tried calling them, emailed few times, spoke to a member of staff but still no response. Very unprofessional approach

Gina has been so supportive and helpful, in not only arranging viewings but making the application process as smooth as possible. Great , honest & timely communication from the onset and throughout! She went above and beyond to help us get secured and settled in what felt like such a turbulent time for us. Thank you so much for the service and support you have given us , and for the nice little moving box too.
