I was extremely fortunate to have Kate Hand ( Connells in Horsham) as the letting agent. Just excellent from start to finish and I’m still receiving emails checking that everything is going well.
I was going through a very challenging time , but Kate was very patient and provided advice and support at every stage. This is my first renting experience and I feel extremely lucky that I was guided through this by Kate. Exceptionally positive experience.

Very friendly and professional team who always go above and beyond to help!<br>Sophie & Hayley were amazing, keeping me fully updated throughout the whole journey, with consistent updates along the way.<br>Also, a big thank you to Michelle, my broker, who gave fantastic advice and was very helpful. She has helped me with multiple mortgages over the years, highly recommend!<br>Was my third time using Connells, for both buying & selling… would highly recommend! Thanks guys!

Special shout out to Grace Page. She helped me with finding a home for me and my little girl. Very professional and has such a natural warming and lovely character. She answered all my questions(I had a lot!!) but never made me feel like I was asking too much ??????

Connells provided an excellent service throughout the process even helping unravel some legal questions marks we had even though it was not their responsibility.<br>Polite friendly and willing staff who always turned up for viewings as planned (Not all of them do!!)<br>Highly recommended

Recently completed on a house purchase and used their mortgage services. Julie was helpful through the contractual process in lining things up with the seller. Whilst Shaun went above and beyond in steering me through all the mortgage details and got me a much better rate than I could myself online. Cheers guys!
