Many thanks to Ricardo and the rest of the team at KF in Edinburgh for selling our home. The communication was nothing but great throughout and we're very happy with the result. The KF app was great for managing viewings. Also happy with the marketing package.
Would recommend the Edinburgh KF team and will likely use the KF services again.

A very genuine and heartfelt thank you to Rosi Dow and Neil Scott at Knight Frank Edinburgh, it was an absolute pleasure working with you both.
I cannot recommend Rosi and Neil highly enough. Not only did they achieve significantly over the advertised asking price for my plot of land, their service was exceptional throughout, inc handling a couple of challenging buyers with utter professionalism and poor Rosi unfortunately having to deal with one lady who became incredibly rude to her having missed out on the property through her own actions.
I also really appreciated the level of vetting they did on viewers prior to arranging visits, it made a huge difference to the whole selling experience from my side and saved such a huge amount of wasted time on my part.
I shall without hesitation recommend them and look forward to working with them again in future.

Matt, Tom, Natalie and Alexandra are a great team. Really professional, responsive and hard working throughout the sale of our property. A few points of difference to highlight about the team at KF are as follows. Firstly, we felt that they were honest from day one - they understood what we wanted and they worked from that position. We never felt pressured or pushed to do anything we weren't sure about which is definitely not the experience we've had with many other agents in recent years. Secondly, we really valued their reassuring presence; offering us sound and measured advice as we went through the purchase of our onward property - even when we changed the plan at the 11th hour! We have recommended the team to friends already and would happily do so again. Thank you.

We had a first class experience selling our house with Knight Frank. Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.
