I would unreservedly recommend Knight Frank to anyone wanting to sell in Cheltenham. They really know their stuff - their advice was pragmatic and informed, and they helped us through the sale of our house in a particularly difficult market. We had the fortune of working with Livvy Meyrick throughout our house purchase, she struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. She was consistently positive, efficient, organised, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Buying a house can be stressful, especially when unexpected issues arise beyond anyone’s control, but she handled everything with calm confidence and kept the process moving as smoothly as possible at every stage.
Her communication was excellent — she set clear and timely guidelines, kept everyone informed, and was always thorough in answering questions or following things up promptly. What really stood out was how engaging and approachable she was; always smiley, reassuring, and genuinely invested in helping things progress smoothly.
Although she was acting on behalf of the seller, we truly felt we couldn’t have been in better hands ourselves. She acted as an outstanding intermediary between all parties and made what could have been a very difficult process feel manageable and well organised from start to finish.

We switched the management of this property in Queens Park Place from another leading agent at the end of previous tenancy on 20th April 2026.
The Lettings team - Carmen, Louise, Sofia were right on the ball and within days had organised a few viewings. A letting was agreed at the asking rental amount with the 3rd viewer (after two other tentative offers).
We, as landlords, were very prompt in responding to all requests for certificates/info/Licence etc and the tenants references were promptly gathered and approved. As a result of their efficiency, the tenant moves in today (27th May).
Very happy with the service and efficiency and hope to have a long and mutually beneficial association with KF.

I have tried this place three years ago. I can confirm that they are very useful and they found me the best place that I could have , very fast unlike most of other offices and I have been to many. Hanna was very nice and helpful . Can’t thank her enough...
