I rented a flat for 6 years from Reed Rains.My local branch was the Eccleshall branch who were excellent from the day I arrived to the day that I left. Nicola-Jane Dyson was my contact at the branch who looked after any queries and problems that occured for me.Nothing I asked her was ever too much trouble for her to sort out for Me.Also I found her polite and respectful and always happy and jovial..I loved me time in Eccleshall and if I ever decide too move back wouldn't hesitate in calling in about a property.

They were always quick to deal with any questions I had, they had potential buyers very soon after advertising the property and had a purchaser lined up after 11 days, I’m sure no one could have done better than that in November.

I honestly can’t praise the team at Reeds Rains enough!<br>A huge thank you to Jane, Senior Sales Negotiator, who has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Always helpful, professional, quick to respond and nothing was ever too much trouble. She really helped make the whole process run smoothly.<br>A special mention also to Alan Adams, who showed us around the property. What a fantastic person! So friendly, funny and accommodating, and absolutely brilliant with my 6-year-old son. He made the viewings such an enjoyable experience and couldn’t have been more helpful.<br>The whole team have been fantastic throughout. Communication has been excellent, everyone has been approachable and responsive, and they really did everything they could to ensure a smooth sale.<br>Just 18 weeks from our very first viewing to picking up the keys! Absolutely brilliant!<br>A genuinely lovely team of people who are fantastic at what they do. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reeds Rains. Thank you all so much! ?????

didn't even turn up for the house viewing. I waited for 20 mins with my family and also called around 8 times with 1 message left.<br><br>they eventually picked up after 20 mins with some bs excuse.<br><br>I lost out on work for this<br><br>sort it out and own up
